Every being on the planet will be given their 4 base stats in the range (0-10) and all being start at level 1
At level-1 health for all beings is capped at 100
In the abilities column you will notice [fixed] abilities, that means that grade of the ability cannot be increased as they are having only one function and the functionalities of that particular [fixed] abilities can only be increased though the increase in levels.
abilities are graded from (G - SSS) in the order G ->F ->E ->D ->C ->B ->A ->S ->SS ->SSS --> (WORLD)
G being the least grade and SSS being the highest grade
WORLD abilities are separate abilities that cannot be obtained by increasing grades and can only be granted by world tree and they are highest grade of the world.
for all being's base ability grade is between G and A
