Chapter 4 - Work without patience is an invitation to repentance

Earlier, there was a school called 'Eklavya Pathshale'. On the boundary of its fence, around the school, there were mango trees. Those mango trees were full of sweet mangoes. To taste them, a group of monkeys came, climbed the mango trees and started destroying them. To bring them under control, the school staff started beating and chasing the monkeys.

The monkeys who suffered in this way went to the king and complained. The king, on hearing their condition, out of pity, decided to plant trees for them elsewhere and gave appropriate orders to his envoys. The princes plucked the mangoes around the 'Eklavya' school, removed their pods and marked them for the new plantation.

They made holes in the place and planted those plants. They need time to grow into plants/trees. But the monkeys had no patience. They went there after 2-3 days before the plants came, removed the seeds planted in the pits and started checking. Due to this, the small plants that were just starting to grow died.

The moral of this story is that whatever work needs to be done, give it time and be patient. Work without patience is an invitation to regret.
