Moon struggles to sleep back at home.
He wiggles and tosses and turns.
"Fuck, I can't sleep. I slept too much in class."
Astro says, "Maybe you should pay attention to class more."
Moon says, "School is a waste of my time. They don't give a shit about anyone who isn't rich or talented."
Astro replies, "Is it because they show their worth and you don't?"
He says, "Our school system probably isn't up to your godly standards."
She says, "That may be so, but you need to get a decent education. Plus, I don't know much about your world. Earth has changed so much."
"I don't see the importance of school," Moon said
Astro says, "Your lack of knowledge can only get you so far."
"Why does that matter? Aren't you always going to be with me?"
Astro stutters a bit. "ST SSTop Stop! I would like to always be there to help you, but you have to learn to be alone too."
"Astro, all I have ever been is alone. I know how to be alone and survive." Moon said
Astro replies, "I just want to prepare you for the worst. You never know what might happen."
Moon says, "Don't speak of the worst. Train me to be stronger."
Astro says, "Work harder then."
Astro thinks, "If another big threat like Jophiel appears, we lose. It's over. I need to know what my sister is planning. Also, I need to make us both stronger. If knowledge won't be his backbone for growth, then I will have to use his will to survive and his creativity, if he has any. He is such a pain, but he is growing on me. He may not be a hero from a storybook, but he is a hero in his own way. He did save me. I have no doubt that he won't be able to continue growing."
After the help from Astro, Moon happens to fall asleep.
Moon looks at a paper on his way to school. It read "The everlasting sun will guide us all. Let his light do more than just guide ur path. Embrace his love."
Moon balls it up and tosses it.
Astro says, "Is this a cult for a sun god?"
Moon says, "I never heard of them. Whatever. Cults are a waste of time. Pray to some false god and let them do nothing."
A tall man with blonde hair and fair skin. He oozes enchanting energy, especially with his handsome appearance. He is wearing a butler uniform and appears behind Moon.
He says, "We are not simply a cult. We are a religion. We are the truth. It's a shame that you, with the name opposite of our god, would be a non-believer. It's poetic. Isn't Moon?"
Moon turns around to face the man and says, "How do you know my name?" while caught off guard.
The man says, "Of course, I know you. You are Ayama's target and the man our god wishes to me."
Moon says, "What are you talking about and what do you mean?"
Astro says to Moon, "I didn't sense him at all. Also, no energies are oozing off him besides life energy. He doesn't seem like a threat."
Moon says, "You didn't answer my question?"
The man says, "Where are my manners? They call me Lias. Named after our god."
Moon says, "A god, huh. I never heard of a god named "Lias". It's too close to liar."
Astro says, "I don't know a god with that name nor any close to it."
"Do you work with Jophiel?" Moon asked.
Lias says, "I don't know a Jophiel."
Astro says, "He could be lying."
"Of course, you wouldn't know our god. He isn't very popular. We have spread some posters, but I guess it's not enough." Lias said
"I do have a bit of an warning for you. Ayama will come for you. I know I hinted about it before, but it's serious."
Astro and Moon say, "And why would you help me?"
Lias says, "It is a gift from me. I want to keep a good relationship with you. It is the will of my god and mine as well."
Moon asks, "Give me some info on Ayama or whatever her name is."
Lias laughs and says, "How do you not know?"
Moon says, "What do you mean?"
Lias asks, "Do you happen to not have memories from before you left?"
Moon replies, "What are you hinting at?"
"So you don't remember that or anything before then?"
Lias takes a deep breath and says, "Solias, how will I be able to fulfill your wishes so easily?"
Astro takes note of that name.
Lias says, "Ayama was your maid from back in the time you lived with your mother. Back when you lived in the clan."
He takes note of how lost Moon looks, so he says, "Here is the short version of Ayama. She is batshit crazy and kills with no hesitation. She will do anything to complete her mission. Also, she is very loyal to her, well, your clan."
Moon asks, "Anything else?"
Lias says, "Nah, the rest is on you."
Astro says, "Ask him about her ability."
Moon asks Lias before he leaves, "Does she have any special abilities? Like inhuman in any way?"
Lias walks away and says, "No. She is a normal human as far as I know. Besides, her brain."
Astro thinks "A normal human, but has mental issues. We had worse."
Moon is now alone with Astro.
Moon says, "Ayama, huh. I guess I have an easy warm-up before I go fight Jophiel."
Astro says, "Jophiel is not someone you can fight anyway soon! This Ayama girl may be human, but that doesn't mean she won't be a problem. You must stay alert."
Moon says, "What is the worst that could happen?"
Astro says, "Your death. The death of Hikari. The death of the whole world. You must stay cautious. Your ego will get you killed."
Moon says, "She is a normal human. Not a big deal. Not like everyone else we dealt with."
Moon begins to walk home.
Astro says, "Since you want to be cocky and don't want to listen to me. I won't help you. Deal with this problem alone."
Moon says, "Not even a problem."
