Jophiel's tears cause it to rain over the area.
The rain hits Moon's skin.
"What is this? Why is it raining?" Moon said
Moon jumps back from Jophiel.
"Fuck, why does it burn?" he said
The rain is burning Moon's skin.
His body is regenerating from the burns slowly.
Eclipse says, "Why am I crying? Jophiel, what are you doing?"
Hikari says, "Is his ability making us cry and this rain?"
Hikari feels the rain as warm water.
Eclipse says, "You could be right about that. Why is his water cold?"
Hikari questions, "Cold? The rain is warm. Like the water I shower in."
Eclipse says, "Is the water different in temperature for different people? Why is that? What is he planning?"
Moon screams out in pain from the burns. The rainwater pain causes him to stop hovering in the air.
He falls to the ground in pain.
Part of Moon's face is popping from the splashes of water.
Hikari sees this and rushes to Moon and shouts, "I'm coming."
Hikari tries to shield Moon from the rain.
Jophiel says, "God give his mercy to those who have earned it. If the water burns, that means you have no love for god."
Moon says, "And so what does that mean."
Jophiel explains, "That means that god has no love for you either. God's love is everything. Without his love, you are nothing."
Eclipse asks, "Then why am I fine?"
Jophiel looks at Eclipse and says, "We both know the answer to that question. Do you want me to answer that question of yours?"
He responds, "My secrets are mine. As an Angel, show some love in the form of mercy and leave now."
Jophiel asks, "Are you pleading or demanding?"
Eclipse says "Both."
"I see," Jophiel said
Jophiel continued, "Because the princess is here and I see her champion as our target, I will give her some mercy."
He points at Hikari, "What is your name?"
She responds, "Hikari is my name."
Jophiel says, "Because you are a being with overflowing love, I will give you my blessing. So I will leave in honor of that. Remember my kindness. Also, Moon, I have you. With every fiber of my being. I would love to kill you and offer you to my lord, but I won't. I pray for the day that you seek me out, since I feel you will need me."
Jophiel, Tama, and Lucy disappear.
Moon stops melting from his burns. He shouts at the ground and says, "Fuck, damn it! Damn it! Damn it! Damn it all!" While repeatedly hitting the ground.
Umbra grabs Moon's now bloody hand and licks his blood, then kisses him on the lips.
She says, "Not yet. He is not at his breaking point yet. We have stopped him for now."
