Lucas was one of the most famous member of the Ruler Assembly even though he was not the strongest. He was specially famous among the female population of Valhalla.
Even though he was an extremely arrogant and narcissistic person, there were an non insignificant number of ladies who were fond of this kind of character. So even with such a terrible personality, he had never lacked female fans.
So several ladies took it as their duty to continuously spy on his whereabouts. Normally this type of stalker like behaviour would drive someone mad but for a narcissist like Lucas, this was a perfectly normal thing to do. In his mind, if his good looks did not make the ladies mad then that would be an abnormal thing.
