"..." After hearing what Nathan Fawcett said, Anne Sutton felt a weight lift from her shoulders.
On the way to get dinner, she picked up her phone and called Sylvia Warren.
Sylvia Warren only picked up on the second try. "Ms. Sutton."
Anne Sutton asked, "Have you been to see Leo recently?"
At the mention of Leo, Sylvia Warren's heart ached. "I went to see him once, but I was kicked out. Mia Shaw won't let me go again. She said if I do, she'll ruin my reputation and say I'm harassing her husband."
"..." Anne Sutton asked, "When you saw Leo, how was he doing?"
It would have been better if Anne Sutton hadn't asked. The moment she did, Sylvia Warren's tears started to fall. She had been working hard on her acting lately, forcing herself not to think about Leo.
She kept telling herself, 'As long as I don't think about it, maybe Leo will be alright!'
