After leaving Daisy in surprise, I went to my office. I was having my hangover from last day's drink. After reaching the office I grabbed a cappuccino and moved to one of the desks in their cafeteria. After I went to the programming department, HR told me that I did not have any assigned tasks for this month. So I went out for a walk.
While sitting in the company's backyard, I was taking small breaths when I heard a familiar female voice talking to me. " Are you alone", I opened my eyes and found Elna sitting beside me. Arsey was not around her.
(What is she doing here? Why isn't Arsey here?)
I was so surprised. She looked so beautiful, her hair was a bit messy, and her face looked pale. She looked so serious and had a worried, serious look.
"What" " Are you feeling okay? Yesterday you blacked out and Daisy insisted on taking you with her. Are you okay?" In confusion, I replied, "Yeah, I'm fine."
'Wait, how did she know that? Oh my god, what did I miss last lay?'
Then he remembers;
I ran into a screaming woman. Oh no, it was her. What was she doing? Oh no, she was yelling at someone. Who was she yelling at? Wait, she was screaming at a well-dressed young man. He was trying to silence her, but she was not listening. Then he saw her throwing a punch at him and he fell.
" Oh ma'am about yesterday, I-" " Well I hope you won't tell anyone else about that and Arsey was not around so, if someone knows about it then I'm gonna kick you out of here, remember that." Then she gives me a deadly look. It got me goosebumps. In a shivering voice, I replied, " No ma'am I won't, why should I? I won't-"
She broke in and asked me:
"Were you tired of yesterday's workout? Is that why you are here? I didn't know you guys were having such a relationship."
(In panic) "No ma'am, we didn't, she was my friend, it's a pure misunderstanding"
" Anyways it's none of my business, go to work."
" But ma'am they told that"
" What, did you come here for simply sitting and enjoying."
"No ma'am"
"Then go to my office and Arsey will tell you what to do."
"Okay ma'am"
Then she left him and moved on. While moving away she felt a warmth in her heart, she left a small smile on her face. When she raised her head the smile on her face faded slowly. She saw that man. Suddenly she turned and walked straight towards her office.
After Elna left James had a deep breath, which helped him cool down. Why should I tell that to someone? What is there to say? It was just her punching some dick head. What's with that? Who was it?
