Chapter 50 - Businessman

Rolling his eyes, Ayato replied in a disappointed tone, "Please, you don't expect me to believe all that goody-two-shoe nonsense," as if dismissing Kelly's perspective.

"Believe it or not, he is that typical goody-two-shoe. You can feel it too, can't you? After all, you have observed him far longer than I have. Do you think he could have kept up that façade if you were around? The only other reason however unbelievable that is, he is not keeping a façade," Kelly stated, locking eyes with Ayato. "Not everyone is like us, depicting someone else to fool the world."

Ayato stared at Kelly, his amused expression fading and replaced by a hint of contemplation. He was unsure of how to respond to this unexpected perspective, momentarily taken aback by Kelly's words. But then his expression changed to his usual indifferent demeanor.

"Hahahaha, you're right!" Ayato replied with laughter. "I was right about you, Kamimura, and I'm enjoying the expression on your face," he continued, observing Kelly's emotionless face and hollow eyes. "It really gave me the goosebumps, you know!" Ayato then showed his hands in a playful manner before turning back and entering the dungeon. However, before leaving, he couldn't resist giving one last piece of advice, accompanied by a snicker.

"Teddy bear, you should keep your lackeys away from him. With that kind of madness in his eyes, Who knows what kind of accident might occur in the dungeon?" With those words, Ayato left, leaving Kelly and Kenji standing in an awkward silence.

"That was annoying," Kenji commented, then turned his gaze towards Kelly. "So, that's what you were hiding, huh..."

Kelly's signature demon-like smirk appeared on his face as he smiled. "Good," he said, his tone serious. "Join me, forget our differences. You can see it too. I am stronger than you, so there is no other option other than this…if you want to be free. You just have to be stronger than me."

With that, Kenji walked towards the dungeon, and reassured him, "Don't worry, I'm not a hooligan. I consider myself a businessman. You'll also benefit from this. Think about it, and we'll talk after the dungeon raid is completed on a cup of coffee of course Heh…."

After Kenji's departure, Kelly remained alone, his gaze fixed on the entrance of the dungeon, seemingly unaffected by the conversation.

Muttering the words "Businessman, huh," under his breath, Kelly made his way towards the dungeon, following his classmates.
