Perman chuckled, "I'm impressed, in the short time that you've been here you've managed to create so many unbelievable skills, and techniques."
"This obviously means that you are talented in some way, and that means that the next trial is for you. Oh, and also congrats for beating the seventh trial"
"The next trial is known as the Trial of Knowledge, and you need to learn all the knowledge you need from the library in order to crack out of the library."
"This will test your ability to learn, as well as your talent."
"I wish you good luck, and announce the beginning of the eighth trial of the 15 Trials of Lightning."
Alex was teleported into a massive library filled with books. She wandered around finding the door that she was meant to break through.
There was a fairly simple space barrier there, and she was certain that a [Reality Drill] would be more than enough to break through it, but since Perman had told her that these trials were actually rewards, Alex decided to look through all of the books.
And so she did, without rest she began reading the books.

She read through all of the books which mainly highlighted 3 topics. The first being spatial magic, the second being mana strengthening, and the last being barriers.
Since Alex read all of these books, she gained their knowledge, and slowly began to enhance her [Reality Drill] with them.
Alex designed a couple of forms for the [Reality Drill] including [Reality Drill - Space] which was great at tearing through space, and [Reality Drill - Barrier] which would easily bust through any mana barrier.
Although they weren't as versatile as [Reality Drill], they were much better at their specific niches.
She had combed through nearly the entire library when she came across a strange alcove tucked away in a corner of the library.
The space in that area was unstable, and convoluted, however above the alcove was a sign that read |Training Cave|, it was obvious to Alex that the cave was used as a training room, and that she could derive some benefit from it whilst inside.
And so she walked in, and found that the space was very strange, it seemed to be guiding her somewhere, and that somewhere was very far away.
Alex was slowly enlightened by the space about spatial magic, further improving her reality drill.
She felt that there wasn't very much time left to spend inside of the space, and so Alex casually condensed a [Reality Drill], and bashed through the door.

Elsewhere, Perman with his eyes glowing a strange silver, nodded in satisfaction as he watched Alex absorb the knowledge that was stored inside of the library instead of going around the benefits, and directly completing the challenge.
