Quinn could not believe the amount of power the creature had and if this continued he wasn't sure if he would be able to save his teammate. Quinn stood up and the humanoid creature was still where it was, but Quinn wasn't about to go back over there, there had to be another way. The creature started hovering towards him and Quinn quietly stood up running away in hopes that the creature would follow him.
There was no one around so it would be no use shouting out for help. Most of the soldiers were gathered together by the border looking beyond the barrier, so instead with this plan Quinn had decided to lore the creature away and then he would shout as loud as he could in hopes to attract one of the soldiers.
