"I don't believe all that nonsense truly", answered Felicia. "Erika was an orphan when she arrived at Hart's mansion, right Mother?" She asked Mary who immediately nodded to her question. "So there is no way that Erika is rich, she only found a rich man to cling to, that way she could obtain his money and power. Erika can never be rich, that is simply impossible", she added.
Madam Laura simply stared at her as she spoke until she finished, giving her the chance to reply.
"Okay, if you say so," her words were not certain, neither giving a positive nor negative reply which irritated Felicia.
"Which is it?" she asked.
"I will still help you if that's the truth", she clarified while making a mental note to order her men to research Erika Walters. If the lady was rich and powerful, then she would pull her hands away from the matter. "But before that, let's lay low for a while, for at least a week before we start the plan," she suggested and the other two women readily agreed.
