After setting out early in the morning, travelling for a few hours to the island, waiting several more hours for Chloe to clone the monster's brain, and spending about an hour touring the dinosaurs, it was now around noon. The bright sunlight reflected off Li Yue's silver greatsword, dazzling with a brilliant silver gleam.
As Li Yue rapidly charged, the greatsword gleamed with a cold silver light, like a streak of silver rushing toward the monster's massive body. Li Yue's speed was unquestionable, breaking the sound barrier almost instantly, covering a hundred meters in less than a third of a second.
Surprisingly, despite its bulky appearance, the monster moved swiftly. As Li Yue moved, the beast reacted immediately, thrusting its disproportionately small forelimbs toward him.
Though the monster's forelimbs seemed tiny compared to its massive body, they were enormous compared to a human—large enough to crush a person in its grasp or swat someone to death.
It appeared that the monster intended to swat Li Yue away or kill him outright.

Meanwhile, the monster before Li Yue suddenly spun around, still roaring in pain. Its long tail, like a whip, lashed out at Li Yue.
"Damn, it knows how to ambush me!" Li Yue was surprised by the monster's intelligence. It seemed capable of strategy, feigning pain to distract Li Yue before launching a surprise attack.
However, despite the attack's speed and surprise, it would have to miss Li Yue. Instead of dodging, Li Yue flew toward the monster's tail, swinging his giant sword to meet it.
Roar!
With a clean strike, Li Yue severed the monster's tail. The beast howled again but didn't halt. It spun 360 degrees, facing Li Yue once more. This time, Li Yue noticed the monster preparing another attack—its mouth agape, gathering blue energy like electricity into a dazzling sphere.
A massive blue energy beam, over five meters in diameter, shot toward Li Yue.
"Holy crap, this monster has combos!" Li Yue hadn't expected the monster to chain its attacks so effectively, mimicking Godzilla's atomic breath.
"Get out of the way!" The beam's speed was immense, engulfing Li Yue almost instantly, causing the onlookers to worry.
Their newfound hero, who had seemed invincible, was now enveloped by the monster's potent attack, leaving them anxious and fearful.
