Looking around at my classmates I noticed a distinct lack of two characters. one that would have come to be known as the Sweets Hero: Sugarman and The Perverted Hero I mean the Fresh-Picked Hero: Grape Juice. Aka Sato Rikido and Mineta Minoru I didn't know if they were still in the school somewhere but I just that they weren't currently in class 1A.
I quietly asked Airi if she had seen either Mineta or Sato during the entrance exam to which she replied
"I might have seen them but I was too busy stealing kills- I mean earning rescue points to pay any attention."
I decided to just ignore that last part and stop talking before our Sensei got mad. Good thing too because Aizawa-sensei quickly began to explain that even though we were barred from using our quirks in middle school here there would be no such restrictions here. Using Bakugo as an example he has him throw a softball using his quirk which ending surpassing his middle by more than 10 times the distance.
When my classmates started to get excited at the fact, we could use our quirks I could tell that Aizawa-sensei was getting pissed.
"So, this looks fun, huh? You have 3 years to become a hero you think it's gonna be all fun and games?" He asked rhetorically before continuing.
"Idiots. Today you'll be competing in 8 physical tests whoever gets last is expelled" While Uraraka was complaining that this was unfair I turned to Airi and whispered
"Bet?"
"Bet" she immediately agreed. The first test was the 50-meter dash while we both could clear this test in under a second using Force speed we decided to hold back as there was no way we would come in last place that spot seemed to be reserved for Izuku.
Since we racing, we went a little overboard and ended up going a little overboard and ended up at a little over 2 seconds with me barely beating her.
The next was the grip strength test where we both tied by using Force grip to literally crush the handheld device. Sero seemed to be shocked at our display.
"Wow, I've never seen someone crush a dynamometer before your quirks are crazy strong!"
"Hehe, this isn't even my final form!" Airi said gripping her bicep.
"Uh, what?" Said Sero looking confused.
"Don't mind her she's just making a bad joke" I explained
"Oh, haha ok" Sero responded while rubbing the back of his head.
"Wha-It was not a bad joke!" Airi said getting more embarrassed than upset.
"It is when I'm the only one who understands it"
I responded calmly.
"Ah jeez, whatever let's just go, later Sero"
"Ah yeah later," said waving goodbye with a slightly cramped smile.

The next test was the standing long jump where we both tied by using a Force jump to completely clear the sand pit. After that came the sustained sideways jumps which we again used Force speed though this time using it to further heighten our reflexes. Airi ended up taking the win for this test.
"Haha yeah, I won!" she cheered but quickly settled down when Aizawa-sensei shot her a dirty look.
"I don't know why you celebrating we're still tied overall"
"I know that and I'm definitely winning the next one too," said as she marched off towards the next event which ended up being the softball pitch. Izuku who had been a nervous wreck this whole time looked like he was about to have a full-on breakdown. especially since he just had to watch Uraraka use her Zero Gravity quirk to get a distance of infinity.
Out of desperation he immediately tried to use the quirk that All Might gave him to throw the ball but Aizawa-sensei knowing exactly what he was going to do erased his quirk saving him from destroying his arm and giving him a much-needed wakeup call in the form of a lecture.
Afterward, he released his quirk giving him another chance and once again stood in the circle and threw the ball but instead of using his quirk in his whole arm he used it in a single finger barely beating Bakugo's distance by .1 meter though he still ended up braking his finger.
"Should we give him some advice on how to use his quirk?" Airi asked whispering into my ear.
"I think we should let him figure things out for himself for now" I whispered back.
Completely ignoring Bakugo's freak out and attempted assault we continued on with the Quirk Apprehension Test. After everyone went it was our turn I watched as Airi walked into the circle and brought her hand holding the ball back before launching it as far as she could and just before it started to lose altitude, she caught it using the Force carried it away as far as she could. We exchanged places with a high five and now I was standing in the same circle.
My strategy was basically the same as hers but for some reason, she ended up beating me though just barely. I could tell that the only reason she wasn't cheering was because Aizawa-sensei was looking this way.
The next two tests were sit-ups and seated toe touches which our powers didn't really help with I knew that some Force users had the ability to slow down their perception of the world but currently, neither of us had a handle on that ability. I evened the score during the sit-ups test but Airi came back and took the lead using the seated toe touch.
The outcome of our match came down to the final test the distance run which I ended up winning but we all lost to Momo who used her quirk to make a literal scooter to ride on. In the end, we each had 3 wins and 2 ties making our bet end in a draw.
With the tests over we were all ranked from best to worst.

Once the results had come in Izuku looked like his world had come crashing down and rightly so as he thought he'd just been sentenced to expulsion. But Aizawa-sensei remedied the situation by telling us that the "expulsion thing" was a lie. Momo seemed to have been certain that this was true but only Airi and I knew that had he felt like it he could have expelled us all.
