Ronan stepped forward and took the front. With a fire in his open palm, he was unafraid and bravely sauntered. He also surveyed his surroundings along the way, wondering about the origin of this place. As a bandit, discovering a mysterious place should have incited excitement and the desire to explore it.
But Ronan was different from any other bandit. He was afraid to lose his life, and venturing into the unknown was what he wanted to avoid at all costs. But alas, it was not for him to decide.
With the fire as his coping mechanism, he tried to understand what place they were trying to venture. However, he had no clue, aside from the aging wood cluttered everywhere. The place was vast, and even the fire aether did not completely illuminate the surroundings.
The natural change made the place unsuitable to live in, and so he concluded that this place must have been used many many years ago.
'I wonder who lives here?'
