(Bojack-POV)
Taking over as the leader of the Hera; his people had been simple, irritated at been killed but now with his escape from the hells, he could renew his conquests. The fighting against the Cold Empire had been at first, swift for their multicultural military force fell to the might of the Hera. Pushing deep into their territory, devastation against their peoples while they languished upon their worlds, taking, pillaging and sharing in the spoils of the females. Now, their attacks were been halted and according to the few survivors that they told they were allowed to retreat at the behest of just three individuals.
His best forces now stood gathered upon the closest world taken deep with the Cold empires borders, him standing upon a half collapsed governmental building while overlooking his brethren, his fellow Hera. Seeing that their number, while as of these latest attacks had fallen, their numbers were swelling up since before they begun their conquest and much before they decided to invade the empire known as the Cold empire, or their paramilitary force; the Planet Trade Organization as they so boasted… as they always boasted about themselves before he and others in his force annihilated each one of them.
Now though, a force from the Cold Empire had attacked them here, on the latest world with a name as simple as Frieza planet no.443; a border world at the fringes of their empire.
"Kill them fools now, leave me their leader. Their ships can be their graves." narrowed eyes, his Hera raiders hollered in agreement, they all took to the skies and flew for the force aligned against them, an army much larger than their own and with more of them coming. Bojack eyed one ship in particular though, seeing it more grandiose than the others, and unlike the other ships, was situated at the back.
His transformation was already activated and his power at its highest, he fired a blast from where he stood and made sure it shot upwards towards the amassed fleet arrayed against them.
The sky lit up with not just his own small, compact Ki blast that detonated upon a large amount of those ships, the sky was also filled with the green Ki blasts from his Hera soldiers, as well as a whole array of colors with yellow energy blasts most prominent alighting in the sky, beams crossing over or detonating upon impact of both Hera soldiers and P.T.O soldiers or exploding when hitting other Ki blasts.
Bojack was attacked by a large contingent, though he only grinned while flickering forwards, reappearing in the middle of them, then elbowing the closest ones at the back of their heads. Killing them was simple, his gaze lingered on the one whom now floated in front of him, armored up, spiked head and some kind of armored face, a long tail and bulky body. The eyes of this one peered at him, blazing red. Then floating passed him, another; tiny by comparison to that hulking warrior.
"Come now Cooler, I will take him first. Go, clear out the rest of the rabble. It is a shame your Cooler Force didn't get revived, you've resorted to a recruitment campaign, as my empire is attacked by this rabble." the smaller one quipped, while that larger one didn't reply and kept quiet. Bojack watched as this midget floated towards him.
From perhaps feeling that with their leader now among them, emboldened; the soldiers surrounding him tried to attack him once more, their attacks landed but Bojack felt nothing from them. Now powering up in a shout as his Ki expelled around him, Bojack chuckled while watching this small fool float ever closer.
His skin tone, a golden and purple mixed shined over him, his cocky grin Bojack supposed was this warriors way to try and rile him up. Bojack just smiled back.
"Your strong, I can tell. The other guy, more bulked up than you… your kin? He caved to your words and decided to stay where he is-"
"-Yes, my brother has shown great restraint. A first for him though with us united in dealing with you and your threat? Cooler was more along the lines in hoping to hire the remaining number of your species after I deal with their leadership. That means… you and whoever else is behind your archaic Khanate.
"Bold words small fry, but we've been sweeping aside army after army of your pitiful empire. Laid waste to plenty of your worlds and reaped in the spoils." he chuckled, though to this mockery didn't earn Bojack a scowl or heated, hated look from this alien.
"And what did your lot do with your plunder… I only see the same species as you- Oh, my how have I forgotten my manners. I don't know of whom I have been idly chatting with! How rude of me. You may call me Lord Frieza… the emperor of the empire of which you and your race has been a blight upon." Bojack watched as his eyes peered at him with fury for a brief moment, then returning to mocking him in the next. Bojack grunted, not scared at all in facing the empires weak, ineffectual leader who had until now not been able to halt their assault.
"Bojack. That is my name Frieza, and I've been busy making sure that the Hera race doesn't go extinct, by raping your citizens and taking them to worlds designated by my own as our birthing worlds. Those future Hera shall-
"-Not have a chance to be born when I'm finished with the destruction of your disgusting race. I've killed off plenty of races like yours, you could say I'm an expert on the subject. No, my brother wants a few of your own to remake his pet project; the cooler force, but I've decided that your race shall be sent to the next dimension… and what a hellish dimension that place is! After my revival, I've-" Bojack's eyes widened, he called out quickly, not really interested in the emperors boasting or his will in destroying his people. No, the information that this creature too had escaped from that hell… was news to him, he didn't see anyone else slip through the crack and revive.
"I also revived… but enough talking you little cretin, it's time to see what you're made of, when I reach into your mouth a rip out your spine! Now ready yourself fool!! hahaaa! Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagggggh!!!" Bojack begun powering up, his Ki explosively reaching out and engulfing himself and a large radius around himself, then kicking forwards with his power, plunging his left fist at this shrimps smug face-
"-Your no threat to me in this form, I call it 'Golden Form', though within my true, full capacity. I've also another Golden form within that of my new, fifth transformation. But here, I'm in the understanding I won't need my fifth transformation nor 'Golden Form' to dismantle your empire down to bodies." as each word came out of Frieza, Bojack struggled, kicking at the side of Frieza's head or body in a continuous barrage, his free hand launched point blank Ki-blasts that constantly enveloped the both of them, Bojack tensed from the pain inflicted while also trying with all his might to break out of this little shits hold.
Nothing was working, Bojack growled loudly, his mouth now agape as a beam begun to gather power within, small wisps of energy looked to be being gulped by his mouth, gathering into one blast to be released when Bojack wanted, though Frieza then kicked upwards while turning, his tail swiping down before Bojack left his range.
"L-Leave this beast to me, kill his men!!" Bojack shouted towards a group of Hera galaxy soldiers, they quickly fled from his position and Bojack turned back around, no longer facing Frieza, who-
-The kick came from his left side, his head pounding with pain, ringing while he was sent towards Frieza once more, who intercepted him, kicking him. The blow forced him to cough harshly, bile forming in his throat as he tried to right himself and stop his harsh forced trajectory. The ground he felt immediate upon his impact, now seeing Frieza, a malicious grin upon his face, closely watching him with his right foot poised to strike.
Grunting, Bojack felt blood dripping from his mouth, Frieza with his right foot, landing on his chest, the pain as he felt one or more of his ribs crack.
"My, what a vigorous scream. Is this the most the leader of the mongrels nipping at my heal is capable of. A pathetic display, I should just put you out of your misery…" Bojack could do nothing, when Frieza; with folded arms now, placed his other foot directly upon his throat, his small stature compared to him didn't seem to matter to Frieza as his power easily dominated Bojack.
'Bastard, for a shrimp he has a lot of fighting power.' Bojack couldn't speak, only grunt loudly while trying to loosen this tyrants hold on him. Frieza turned back, looking upwards, the other more physically capable one, the brother hadn't
T moved from his position though one hand was held up when. A beam shot out of his hand, killing one of Bojack's soldiers, turning to Frieza.
"What do you think Cooler, I'll allow you to take the survivors as part of your army. Some of their number could be used to recreate your Armored Squadron should you choose. Inn return you're to find out where the Heeter force has gotten to. Their disappearance has led to some of my… expansion plans to go slower. Can I count on you, Cooler or do I have to send one of my new, eager elites-"
"-I'll take him. You there, let him speak Frieza. You'll bend the knee to me right now. if you do, I'll spare some of your race. Frieza is going to to destroy at least, half of you for your arrogant attacks. You don't and you all die." Bojack grunted, Frieza's leg leaving his throat, while his other still laid upon his abdomen as Bojack turned to the two, snarling.
"I refuse-"
(Frieza-POV)
Using 'Death Wave' with a mere wave of his right hand, an attack he prepared with merciless intent should the Hera Khan underneath his foot declined, the slash tore through the Hera's face, slicing clean through and the body no longer resisted against his leg.
"He wasn't gone to accept, I could see it… his arrogance."
"And the rest, brother. They are capable fighters. It is a waste."
"And so were the Saiyan's, they were a capable race but I still killed them… for their arrogance and resistance to my rule. Pick out as much of their number as you want, though my order stands. The ones you don't take, die. Their annoyance in meddling in my affairs has halted much needed training… for my next attack." Frieza floated upwards, firing off a powerful Ki blast from his eyes, gazing downwards and engulfing the body, then turning to the battlefield.
His soldiers were outnumbering the Hera soldiers ten to one, though he was losing more of his army due to their more impressive power. Cooler already acted, taking the charge front on and attacking a few of the Hera, either killing or knocking his supposed chosen out, his meager Armored Squadron force were holding those knocked out. Coolers forces consisted of races similar to those three that Cooler once had as his elite three team force, now expanded and they held those unconscious Hera with no complaint.
'A waste of my time, my soldiers need to be introduced to the new training facilities, and up their individual power or else I'll be stuck, doing battle against stronger fools ready to try and take me out.' Frieza was angry that the Hera even dared attack him, though from what father had found out in their history, this race was thought to be extinct, to either an ancestor or some other force- perhaps Lord Beerus done away with them in the distant past?
They were worse than the Saiyan's in temperament, and they also boasted higher attack powers but Frieza didn't fear their number, now dwindling after every counterattack Frieza ordered. The war, if one would call it that, would end in another month or two, with Cooler and… even their father, leading another army had easily decimated their fighting force. Punching his finger into his scouter, he called Cooler.
"Also Cooler, spare the females. Will take them all. Breed a more subservient Hera with their fertile and then kill the mothers, in a decade or three will have a more elite force ready to fight, in my name."
"...Whatever, little brother. I've taken five I'm, interested in using. I've spared neither male nor Female since your last… orders, fool. Should have been more through in what you wanted-" clicking the scouter off once more, Frieza only smirked, in a better mood now that he could continue his training, now uninterrupted.
"Oh! On second thought-" he clicked into his scouter, connecting to his entire army.
"-The survivors shall be spared, those who surrender here and now may bow to their now leader, for I've destroyed their old one." turning to the lead ship and then adding.
"Have my voice projected outward so all these savages can hear!"
"Yes my lord." Frieza cleared his throat with a flair, more in mockery as he glanced down at the singed ground and ash that once was the Khan of the Hera Khanate. Cooler hovered over to him, now no longer within his 'Fifth Transformation' more or less, relaxed though annoyed with him. Frieza paid the moody brother of his little mind until he heard his voice, the sounds of battle still raging around their position.
"What are you up to now, Frieza." Frieza smirked, replying while clicking off his scouter.
"I've decided I need a disposable, shock troop which can finally replace the role I had for those filthy monkey's. And best of all, they lack any sort of transformations with which would allow them to close the gap in power in say… a couple hundred years. They will fix what they broke and then, I'll be back in business, with or without the Heeter force." their disappearance in their usual locations and the fact they hadn't received any of Frieza's communications at all told Frieza a story all on it's own.
'They are as good replacement to complement my forces, I'll use them like I used the Saiyan's and this time I fear no such legend…' flashes of Kron's face, enraged Frieza for his pride took a massive blow when that monkey 'allowed' Frieza to retreat.
'How dare he insult m-me!' Cooler chuckling, his eyes narrowing in recognition.
"You're thinking of those monkey's aren't you. Don't forget, I'm owed the right to kill one of them… in particular, Kron. You can take out the rest if you please. No doubt that pet of yours, Vegeta-"
"-They were 'my' subjects, they will be dealt with by me for their arrogance and defiance. Next time, they will not defy me… when I declare them to go to the next dimension."
(Turles-POV)
"Interesting, isn't it. We've been here before, drained the planet dry with the tree of might. Reaped the fruits to our benefit and yet… this planet has reappeared, the people also alive." Turles sat on his command chair observing the planet they found on a return trip through space, their flightpath going through prior territories they traveled through. His crusher corps were reinforced by the other group, the Heeter force and now were led by him, much to the ire of his fellow compatriot and leader of the Heeter family, that led the Heeter Force.
But with Turles power continuing to climb to greater heights, he held his leadership role and decided to head more east in the galaxy, for their travelling was getting longer and longer before they found other planets, indicating they were as far south of the galaxy on one of the spokes, their could be they were already heading into the void, the edge of the galaxy before Turles decided to turn the ship around.
"Yes boss, this planet is indicated on the navigation chart, far removed but still in the acceptable parimters that should be the planet… Uh, whatever name is holds-"
"-Planet Oxerth, the Oxern; large, muscled and intelligent beast-like race. Horns on their head, raging… personality. Monach-"
"-Heh, yeah yeah, no need to know anything about them then. Boss, they are going to remember us right, when we attack and plant one of the Might seeds." his second in command, Amond rasped through a laugh, Turles chuckling a moment later.
"However their return has come, it makes no difference and I also recall this planet offering quite a bit of growth to the tree, it was a great gain in strength from the fruit grown here. Why I remember the planet in the first place. As for the how? I have an idea. Though perhaps we should ask our new allies." those allies, the Heeter force, with their lead bounty hunter; an alien warrior named Granolah also joined them though once more, the bounty hunter was sent out on some bounty or another. The Heeter's ship was a whole lot more advanced than their stolen P.T.O modular spacecraft, theirs also allowed them to track their own ship with advanced sensor technology.
Their occasional arrival at any time annoyed Turles slightly, of course Daiz found their tracker on board, but Turles didn't have them remove it encase there was something Turles needed from them other than information. This time, they must have come for their small percentage of the spoils of war… among them the samples of the tree of might, their storage compartment on board their ship filled with five crates of an impressive size where they got their nutrients from for food and… the power boost that accompanied these fruits.
"Allow them to connect to- no, send a communication for them to assist us on this planet. Will rendezvous on the world, I'll prepare the tree of might while you men can relax… decimate the population and enjoy the next five days here in slaughtering their species once again." his men hollered in agreement, they all were more than capable of dealing with those Oxern beasts.
"Heh, also I recalled we dined pretty well on this planet, make sure you save some of the Oxern to be placed on a spit."
Their ship entered the planet's atmosphere and upon breaking through cloud, on the nighttime side of the planet they came under fire from laser defenses, their ship tanking the blasts for a little while, the twins Rasin and Lakasei with Cacao left the ship mid-flight, all three of them splitting up to eliminate the strongholds firing upon their ship.
Daiz landed the ship, Turles and Amond left the ship from the top entrance of the spacecraft, overlooking the amassed armies converging onwards to their position, red colored explosions detonating in three key areas before multiples of these explosions pelted the ground around the three largest explosions, spreading out in radius from the initial bombardment.
