(Vegito-POV)
Kron, masked up and standing in a crater which Vegito and the others around him, assisting him in this fight were able to force the controlled warrior down onto the ground at last. His fighting style, Kron had an advantage in the air, like most fighters do and Vegito wanted to keep him contained to the ground, to be able to beat him enough so that the mask could be finally destroyed.
'It shouldn't be that much more impressive than the one that Cell wore in strength, should be just one strike to completely disable and destroy it, for Pyrrha's attack a while ago was able to short circuit something on it.' Vegito smirked then, digging into the earth slightly with his feet, his stance welled up with strength, to allow him to spring into action at any given point of time. Piccolo, Pyrrha, Zangya and Raditz were to Kron's back, while Mira and Dabura also had a side each to themselves, waiting for the fight to begin anew.
"Hey Kron, you're in there so I know you can hear me. Let's end this here. We've got an interesting fight that is taking place in the near future, just two weeks to prepare for it." his posture bent slightly, right hand moving forward and, in a position, to be used in his coming attack, speaking on.
"I'll make sure you get a chance to prepare for it as well." afterimaging towards Kron, Kron moved with similar speed, their impact upon one another, Kron's knee to Vegito's elbow, then ignited the fire in them both, impact after impact made towards one anthers defensive posture, hastily propped up in a way that they could then spring into a offensive melee combination in the next. Split second decisions were the difference between each attack and defensive blow.
The ground cracked with each attack impacting one another as they continued this battle, ground distorting after each blow due to the impact of the shock waves that thunder clapped outwards around them after each strike, their attacks also impacting their eardrums from the shock waves scattering all around. Kicked up debris, rock and even dust stormed wafted up around their bodies, half obscuring themselves from each other at least, from eye to eye though seeing wasn't needed for they could sense on another with little effort, instinct really.
Though Kron was continuing to grow in power, kind of similar to how Broly would rise in power, his strength was in the end, thanks to Towa back there, lower than Vegito's combined might now. It was only a matter of time, but Kron was a skilled fighter, offset by his inability to not think strategically with that vile control device on his head.
The others combined efforts, whenever they could launch an attack, not by the direct approach but from either the side and from behind, made Kron continuously taking hits that afforded efficient distractions that Vegito was timing in his head, hoping to make that critical strike which would destroy that device, his new strength he'd needed to make sure wouldn't take off his head instead and so carefully awaited the perfect opportunity while keeping up with the direct confrontation as to not allow Kron to directly engage one of the others.
'I don't know how long this boosted energy from Towa is going to last. Best not to waste this opportunity.'
Which, in this moment, Kron was rushed by Piccolo, Dabura and then Mira a second later. They all held him, Pyrrha and Zangya flickering over and reaching for a leg each when Kron began to rise into the air. Kron's green, silvery and dark blue aura; the dominant being the dark blue as of now from the mind control mask, inflamed around him, his struggle turned to a low, long guttural growl which sounded distorted from the mask, in preparation to power up and try to break free. Vegito's gaze narrowed, sensing that this was that moment now.
'Here we go. This is it!' afterimaging to appear within less than a second away from Kron and the others holding him in position, Vegito's own aura inflamed around him, he launched a empowered fist at Kron, an uppercut which upon landing under Kron's chin, the mask being also hit from how it wrapped tightly around his face. The cracks afforded to it by Pyrrha's prior blow enlarged upon the impact then spreading around the entire mask, while Kron was launched upwards, only held slightly by the others holding him though rising a little from the uppercut.
"Heh, that is it then." Raditz let go first, followed by Pyrrha and Zangya, both of them moving closer when Kron dropped to his knees, the helmet burst into pieces, exploding into purple particles that wisped out of existence in the next moment they appeared. But they did it now, he was down and out.
Kron was unconscious. Finally.
His wives all appeared in the next moment, Zangya and Pyrrha already gone to move him into their laps, Kron's head rested between Zangya and Pyrrha's combined knees in a awkward position, but he wasn't getting back up for the moment now. Weiss and Blake landed a moment later, as Vegito, Piccolo and then Dabura moved to the side and away from their fussing, seeing Towa land a moment after and approach Mira for their reunion.
What remained of the mask also disintegrated slowly, melting into the ground like acid, then vanishing from sight in a vapor, then gone from sight.
"Done then, will wait a spell but we can relax now." Piccolo said, losing his orange form, then transforming out of both of his transformations. Raditz did so, watching them then watching all the… attention Kron, still unconscious; was receiving.
"You guys can relax, I've lost that power Towa gifted me but I've got time still while being here, as the fused combination of the guys you know as Vegeta and Goku, or Kakarot; whatever. But yeah, it is done." Vegito took a seat, still transformed, smirking as he watched the flock of woman, except for Towa though she did seem to be watching also, fuss over him.
"Senzu beans? Might as well take some now, save me eating later on. Hand one over Piccolo." Raditz stalked over, demanding of the Namekian, who only glared in response, Dabura adding.
"Try asking Blake, or Weiss. If not them, perhaps you could ask Cumber there. Before, that is, he finishes off the last couple he's eating now." Dabura nodded, Cumber landed, seemingly annoyed permanently marred his face, he also dropped a empty bag while chewing. Raditz only scowled, then turned to Zangya, Pyrrha, Weiss and Blake before replying, dejected to Vegito's ears.
"Fuck… I'll wait then. I'll eat when we get back to earth-"
"-Earth? I take it you lot are finished then? Well, let us depart this place. I find it ironic that the place you chose to fight upon, the planet itself is scheduled by my lord to be destroyed. He'll… appreciate you all not damaging it too... severely. Oh! It was our Blake Belladonna, a very good cook of whom, Bulma has also had us taste her food and Lord Beerus greatly appreciated her very exquisite cooking."
"Not as good as those professional chefs Bulma has on hand but-" Lord Whis stood forwards, casually as he raised his staff and gave the ground a light tap, then indicating that there was actually a glass-sounding platform that could be heard. Blake only acknowledged him with a glare, quickly turning back to the unconscious Kron.
"Shall we leave then? Whis, prepare us to leave. I've grown famished." Lord Beerus said, his presence a surprise where he stood nearby, looked to have gone to where Kron was, now standing behind everyone and glancing down, a smirk on his face.
'Bastard… I didn't even sense him.' Vegeta watched Beerus bent down, peering over the four fussing woman… making Kron look like some prince charming, which annoyed Vegeta a little. What annoyed him a lot was that their fight went the way it did, in a victory to that bastard, even while under control of the demonic tart.
The tart in question looking like that bitch there, made Vegeta glare at her too, though he knew she wasn't the problem.
'The other bitch with the same face is.' Vegeta then heard Lord Beerus speak.
"My, what a problem child this one has been. He'll do in the tournament. You four, be good servants and bring your lord to the transport-" Beerus bent over, coughing when he weas struck, four quickly launching punches… to his lower body, Beerus was now keeling over in pain, then Zangya struck him in a drop kick, sending him flying.
Vegeta gulped mutely, bile in the back of his throat, though Everyone heard Whis start to chuckle, able to halt Beerus's trajectory suddenly, hovering him down into position next to him. Beerus only coughed, still recovering but standing there with a glare.
"I happen to need your husband there, so I'll spare your lives for that assault upon me, though I don't forget."
"Neither do we, but we get to eat and you? With one word to Bulma and you'll be eating-"
"-Come on then, let's get out of here. Dabura? You and Mira are coming right? Will track that bitch Towa down-" Tien was glared at by that Towa there, though he ignored her, adding.
"-And handle her when she makes another move. We know not to allow her to place those masks on peoples heads and there are pretty fragile." Dabura nodded, a glare upon his face, then turned to walk towards where Whis and Beerus were.
"Yeah… Mira and I will track her down whence she shows up and kill her. Now lets move, some of us have to train, to be used as entertainment for some tournament. Some of us have a fight to plan for also, with a fully coherent Kron, when the fool awakens."
(Goku-POV)
A tense, boring time on the gods transport, Goku and Raditz left, everyone separated from lord Whis and lord Beerus soon after, they left for home.
"Heh, you know Raditz, I'm looking forwards to this tournament. Would be a good change of pace from all the things that have happened since this year started." Raditz snorted, arms folded. His green tinted scouter blipped occasionally, Raditz then turned to look at him, replying.
"A five-man team… You, Vegeta… Kron, Piccolo and one of whom we get to choose ourselves. What a annoying condition… Everyone would know, I would make a good fifth choice-" Goku chuckled, good naturedly, though all the same did Raditz act as expected that he would act, Goku replying.
"-You know I would support you in that. But with some of the best fighters on our side, the likes of Dabura and Cumber… And Zangya is even stronger than you as well! There are those two shadow dragons, well; Nouva Shenron. I'm not sure of the other one. Even Tien has shown how powerful he has become, like a few of the others where they have made 'Kaio-Ken' their own." Goku's words seemed to have gotten Raditz thinking, his head turned downwards as if the irritated guy was thinking over his words.
Goku turned slightly, spotting the familiar scenery, that of his home area; the mountains and such and spotted his recently upgraded home. Still smaller then Kron's or Vegeta's places, it now was triple uh, possibly bigger than that in terms of before, bigger meant he and Chichi had more room, for Goten and Gine. Also a spare room should their grandfather Bardock choose to stay over, which has happened before.
"Hey! There we are. I'm hoping that Chichi has put on something to eat… I'm starved."
"...Idiot, how'd she put on any food for the likes of you, let alone I as well when she would definitely not know of our arrival back here. Think you dolt-" touching down, halting their speeds before touching the ground kicked up some draft that bellowed under them, then stepping onto the path that lead up to their place.
"Well, let's find out. It isn't that late… enough time for Chichi to whip up something-"
"-G-Goku, when did you return. I hope you c-came straight home. I was about to prepare lunch but with you here… Raditz, hello brother in law." her tone changed at the end, from seemingly loving to cold, though not as if she hated Raditz or anything… Goku knew that the two of them butted heads, when it came to Goku, Raditz wanted him to continue his training while Chichi liked to have him close here, to look after the fields nearby and also play with Goten and Gine.
Goku knew that they barely tolerated on another, but they weren't that bad…
'Gosh, I better say something before they start a battle here and now.' Goku's gaze turned to Gine, also at the door now and his eyes lit up.
"Relax you two. Chichi, add two more plates please. Raditz, will train later. Chichi! I'll explain it to you after. Gine, how's my daughter doing, did you have all sorts of adventures? While your dad was out on errands?" Goku lifted his daughter up, heading inside as he listened to his ten year old daughter recall her adventures around the land of their home.
(Piccolo-POV)
Days passed, Piccolo hadn't seen anyone else since he continued his training once more, well except for Nail who was still on the planet. Last Piccolo seen, the repairs of the most heavily damaged areas had been started, he didn't linger on those though, seeing the machines labeled with 'K.B.S Industries Corporation' logo's meant that, Kron was going to get even more money… well, his brood will, the guy was not one for hoarding money, more or less a fighter like the rest of them.
His training, four days hence they rescued Kron and removed the mask, everyone got back to their lives, most training; some training harder then others. The five, himself, Goku, Vegeta… and Kron. There was still heavy debate on who wanted the fifth spot, Piccolo didn't care much, seeing those others chosen to be the greatest in representation of their planet.
'The gods of destruction betting on our world… for sport… Whatever, will not lose with this kind of power… I'm just surprised that there other universes in parallel to our own out there. I wonder, did that mean that there was another… me out there too?' Piccolo contemplated this little, for his focus was more on his training, the clone he fought against struggling with all his might, both of them using the combined form of their transformations, the 'Red-Eyed form' and the 'God Ki transformation' which made both their skin tone change to a orange color, made this spar a explosive brawl that continued to deliver at minimal, quite a bit of destruction from the leak over of their Ki attacks.
Controlling themselves as much they could, the brawl was heated enough that sometimes both Piccolo and his clone went all out in defiance of the other, not willing to lose to the other and the resulting damage to the surrounding area, you could spot with ease. Yunzabit Heights was their battlefield, a desolate location which suffered from electrical storms and fierce winds, their energy intermixed into the already dangerous landscape and brought about even more dangerous storms, lightning bolts enveloping them occasionally, discharging around their forms; deadly to anyone else… but warriors of their or similar caliber, while their brawl continued to get heated.
"Heh, Piccolo. That form is impressive. I've never heard of anything of it's like before back on Namek. No mention of any Namekian transforming in living memory for us." Nail flickered into view of both himself and his clone, the two of them halted their brawl with Piccolo then nodding at his clone, who then dispelled on the spot.
"Not just the skin tone upgrade… I also unlocked some kind of other form prior to this one. Where my eyes turn red and glow, which helped me to delve deeper into obtaining in what I call the 'God Ki Namekian form'. I'll teach you it, when I have time to. I've only got like ten days until the god of destruction Champa and his attendant arrive, then a tournament to fight."
"Yeah, I understand that. Doesn't stop me from admiring such a form. With Elder Moori back and those wishes used, Namek is safe. I'd feel better though if I had such power encase that woman attacks once more. With elder Moori and a few of the other elders up on the lookout for their meeting… I've still got a couple more hours before I will have to take them back." Piccolo nodded, knowing that Nail had 'Instant Transmission', having learned it a while ago when a whole lot of them went to learn on Yardrat, with the people there.
"Stick around after dropping off those elders, then I'll show you how I tap into both forms. With the 'God Ki Namekian form' it helps to get a feel of god Ki to be able to tap into it. It is no walk in the park though." Nail nodded, the two of them landing on a half collapsed plateau overlooking most of the valley, gale force winds a constant annoyance here.
"Well then Piccolo, I'll go check on those elders and see Dende off for the time being. I'll return soon enough, to watch that tournament if anything. Heard that you also secured some more allies for yourselves and got back Kron from wherever he ended up in."
"Yeah… You'll see Kron at the fight. He's participating after all. Nail, that sounds like concern." Piccolo smirked, as Nail chuckled, replying.
"Well, I do consider him a friend. Anyway, tell him I say hi. I'll be off." Nail took off from Yunzabit Heights, leaving Piccolo to his thoughts, he decided to finish off training and begin his meditation.
