(Goku-POV)
The location nearby was overlooked by the temple, at a lower elevation. Clear of trees, only grasslands for miles as he and Zamasu now stood watching the other. Lord Beerus, Whis, Lord Shin and Kron stood at the middle with Lord Gowasu, the destroyer guy Rumsshi and his attendant, Kusu. Far off from the temple… though Goku himself thought that they were not clear enough, though Zamasu chose the ground here even when there was plenty of space out there.
"Are you sure we should be fighting over here. There is plenty of space elsewhere and away from the-"
"-This place shall suffice. Now then, the rules of this little engagement. I assume I cannot kill your mortal servant Lord Destroyer from the seventh." Beerus replied for Goku, for he only smirked at being underestimated to this degree
"Go ahead and try to kill him Zamasu, in fact if you can do that I'll let you fight my other 'servant' here with me. Now don't think I am callous here, I did train both these two mortals as my sparring partners-"
"-Hmm, these two trained under you lord Beerus!? Well, I shall make sure to go all out if a god had made an attempt to impart some strength upon these… beings." Zamasu sneered at Goku, though Goku widened his stance already and already begun to gather his power, allowing it to build up. He would test him first, then transform from 'Super Saiyan One' to 'Super Saiyan Two'.
'Actually, I'll just go for the 'Super Saiyan Two' for the warm up and then test him
"Then fight him Zamasu, though this is a spar. We do not need to start a diplomatic incident with universe Seven. Don't you agree Lord Rumsshi." Gowasu asked the pink guy, who nodded in agreement while glaring towards a yawning Beerus.
"Now begin-!" Rumsshi shouted
"-Start the bout already Goku!" Beerus cut off Rumsshi, who glared at him harder.
"... …Hgnh… haaaaa… haaaaagh!!" the planet begun shaking, Goku watched Zamasu as he stood there, not in the very least concerned for himself and more assured he would win, standing there and watching him. Goku then howled, reaching the tipping point where he could transform freely, flickering forwards from off the grass and afterimaging from place to place to close the gap. He reached forwards with his extended left fist, slamming into Zamasu, who'd barely got into a perfect defensive maneuver, though he did block Goku with his right arm as he kicked off the grass. The blow kicked up multiple shock waves, Goku swung his left leg around and impacted Zamasu's lower abdomen.
Goku followed through, bending his knee and hitting Zamasu in the fact, sending him upwards where Goku had flickered to, his right leg kicked down. The impact shock wave rolled off them both, Zamasu sent uncontrollably down below where he managed to halt his path towards crashing and jumped himself back onto his feet through a roll.
"Tch, lucky shot-" Goku flickered downwards, keeping Zamasu too busy to speak, landing impact upon impact; smashing against the guys attempts to block him. Goku smirked, the Ki surrounding him fluctuating even fiercer, seeing the seething Kai grit his teeth in annoyance.
"You know, I think this would be the second time I faced off against a deity like you. Though I guess to be fair I didn't win that bout against lord Beerus. Was a fun match though-"
"-What sort of n-nonsense are you uttering there!" Zamasu shouted out slowly, his focus on the melee exchange that continued made him take just a few more hits from Goku's melee blows.
"Yeah, was a good fight all things considered. Though I remember it also for the good food of that day… heh ehe heh!" Goku was getting hungry thinking about that good food of Bulma's birthday party, his face then resumed the serious tone he'd maintained as he fought and continued to maintain his advantage, Zamasu's surprise also hindering him now through his thoughts.
"Tch-" Goku flickered upwards, his Ki fluctuating once more while he pushed through to 'Super Saiyan Blue', activating it this time by itself and not in tandem with 'Super Saiyan Two'. That would be too overkill and he was having a nice match…
'But right… this guys energy is starting to get fierce too. He's taking me seriously now also. I'm pushing him, now when is he going to actually take me seriously-' Goku thought, dodging quickly when Zamasu looked to be powering up now, taking him more seriously.
(Kron-POV)
"I cannot w-wrap my head around it that this mortal had t-taking you on Lord Beerus in a fight. And yet he lived through it… Inconcievable!" Gowasu said nearby, now standing behind Rumsshi, he and that attendant of his were unaffected by the powerful burst of shock waves that were beginning to be sent everywhere all over, though with Whis and Kusu using their staves they made two spherical domes, one covering us and one now covering the temple nearby. Beerus shrugged, turning to Gowasu.
"Heh, that mortal is one of five I've taken the time to train with, though it is Whis there that is giving them pointers. I've only had the perfect sense to use them for my training dummies whenever I needed to spar. Goku there is one of the strongest mortals I've fought with, the only one of which in fighting seriously I hadn't managed to kill. Sure, I could have destroyed him… but with a guy like that, I needn't bother since it is more profitable for I and Whis here in enjoying his planets exquisite foods. And… he is an enthusiastic mortal to be around. Isn't that right Kron. You've been silent there." Beerus turned, facing me where I stood with Shin and Kibito near to where I was.
"He's been observing the fight, I can tell lord Beerus. And eating a Senzu bean or two." I did, for I hadn't exactly got anything in my stomach prior to being summoned for this task and for going to Beerus planet for training. Though I was more focused on the fight and keeping my thoughts solely affixed upon the fighting itself, making wordless; mindless observations in my head for I remembered that gods could read your surface thoughts or even more.
'This guy is no doubt the one who we came for, Kron.' I heard Beerus, I turned to him and nodded in agreement, for I also sensed the one in that other Goku's body… their Ki had that same sinister feeling, both divinity of a Kai like Shin or maybe Kibito… there was that same darkness there too.
'Yeah, I feel it. And the longer this fight goes on, the more certain I think this guy or should I say, the one that now wears that Goku's body as his own is another Zamasu… And I think with Goku fighting him, this might be the moment in history where that future Zamasu made contact with Goku and desired his flesh as his-'
'-Yes that does sound like this moment here, is the moment in which they made contact.' Beerus replied telepathically, though I did notice both Whis and Kusu twitch in their own ways… a dangerous thing when everyone can read your mind, though Rumsshi looked like he hadn't and since it was Beerus instigating the telepathic connection, might be why Rumsshi can't.
"Alright, while Goku and Zamasu test their strength upon the other I want you Kron and Whis, to check on the time rings now. Get it out of the way and let these two get it out of their system." abruptly Beerus cut our mental communication, then saying through a yawn, Gowasu turning to reply, a look of concern appeared on his face.
"I can show you… though I thought you wanted to observe this fight your resident from your universe wanted. Zamasu looks to be engaging with serious intent now. I have watched him fight before, this is one of those rare times where he is looking to be taking it so seriously. That mortal… he is impressive.
"Goku really is. He and his race like a good fight. You know, Goku and Kron here are the same race, called Saiyan's. I don't suppose you have Saiyan's in your galaxy do you. Though your apprentice here is a cut above the usual Kai. His rather aggressive nature is… a sight to behold." Shin asked, though Beerus interrupted.
"The time rings…" he said this towards Gowasu, who nodded slowly.
"we shall go there then, so that you and Lord Whis can see the time rings, you're original purpose." Beerus and Whis were about to go, I was going to watch this fight when Beerus called out to me.
"Kron, you can stay here then. Do not act in anyway not suitable to our universe. That means chatting up woman." he nodded at Kusu, who continued to be enamoured in the fighting, she and Rumsshi either didn't care or hear what he just said.
"I didn't plan on it, Beerus." Goku now used 'Super Saiyan Blue' and 'Super Saiyan Three' together, a massive drain on his reserves for sure, though now the fight was more or less Goku able to outmaneuver Zamasu out there, where this kai continued to show more of that energy of his, the feeling of it as dark as that one from the future. For certain, this was the one.
"Well then, will be quick then. Kibito, you wait here. Lord Shin shall be safe in our presence." Gowasu led, Shin, Whis and Beerus away as Kibito stiffly nodded towards Beerus.
Zamasu in the was using a Ki attack constantly, turning his open fists into blades, the purple Ki enshrouding them never were able to touch Goku, his speed outpacing this apprentice Kai. Though Goku was showing signs of slowing down, though subtle and I guess only those who knew him, possibly these two as well could notice… Goku was able to knock Zamasu into the ground, flickering from place to place and in that moment, four minutes after the beginning of the spar… had won the fight; standing over Zamasu with a grin. That moment, the crater in which Zamasu sat in you could see the Kai's face… and that anger was easy to notice, which in a way was Goku's point for landing where he is, where I can see Zamasu for myself.
"Ah, it is over then. Rumsshi, perhaps you should also fight this Goku as well. Zamasu looks like he needs to have a rest now." Zamasu glared at her for but a second or less, his face losing that aggressiveness while he stood, turning to Goku.
"... No lady Kusu, I'll be fine now. I'll c-continue to do my duties now. Goku…" he turned away from him, heading passed us and up the hill, wiping his bleeding mouth. He looked towards me, now fully passed by Kusu and Rumsshi so they couldn't see his face… he looked pissed. Ignoring him made his glare especially aggravating, I wouldn't have minded putting him into the ground right then and there…
"I can see it, that aggressive attitude of his… the fact is clear when you can read someones mind. Aren't you glad we came to see my little brother now and Lord Beerus." she seemed smug, Rumsshi gazing at Goku when he approached them, a little out of breath but still his happy self.
"Yes, that kid Zamasu can fight. And you mortal… Goku… and you've fought Beerus also huh… Kusu, what has this mortal and the Kai Kibito been thinking of about this fight." she looked at him amused, a knowing smile when she quickly glance at Kibito and me.
"Oh, I shall report that to you at once Lord Rummshi… once we and universe Seven's Destroyer and attendant have spoke to one another one last time, before they leave here."
"Kron, have you got one of-" I threw a Senzu bean at him, he caught it easily and ate it whole right then, as I replied.
"Now then, Goku. Lets get up at the temple and wait for Lord Beerus, Shin and Whis. I think we have enough information here." He blinked for a second, replying as he scratched the back of his neck.
"Ah right, you noticed too right." Goku smirked, nodding as he thought of that spar…
"I noticed enough, we're done here for the time being. The rest is Lord Beerus and universe Ten's bureaucracy to sort out. Lord Rummshi." I nodded towards him respectively, as Goku did so right after seeing me do so we turned to head back up the hill and wait.
"Hold Saiyan and Saiyan." Rumsshi called out, then glancing at Kibito Kai who also paused with us.
"Kai, you may return to your master. These two, I've something to say to them both." though Kibito Kai didn't move at first, the glare he received made him reconsider his position, when Goku afterimaged nearby to Rumsshi, his usual chatty self.
"Ahah, lord Rumsshi also wants to throw down huh. Come on then-" placing my hand onto his shoulder, Goku paused and I was going to reply though it was Lord Beerus who beat me to it, now returning for us with Whis, Kibito, Shin and Gowasu in tow.
"You're not going to waste your time in challenging one of my universes mortals are you, Rumsshi. Are you… Rumsshi, Lady Kusu… will be in touch. Come Goku, Kron." Goku looked disappointed while the universe Ten destroyer only glared towards Beerus; who'd once more yawned in place while we strode in the direction of where Whis left that glass transport of his.
"We're done here for now. Until next we meet, Lord Gowasu." Beerus turned around, offering the supreme Kai of Ten some respect, Shin bowing humbly as well, which Gowasu returned.
"Oh well, I and Zamasu shall expect your visit." Kusu followed behind Rumsshi, who stepped past Beerus, still watching him when he and she followed after us when we stepped on Whis transport. Gowasu and Zamasu out of sight now, the glass contraption hovered upwards, though the glass walls and the roofing hadn't yet appeared under Whis control.
"Seems like Beerus, you owe me more answers. What was your purpose in checking on the time rings here. And Zamasu… that pipsqueak here, you are interested in. You mentioned that someone with a time ring and the Potara earrings of a supreme Kai."
"I did tell you that before, and Goku fought him before. Now I witnessed the fighting and that Zamasu there had a similar Ki signature comparable to that guy who attacked our universe. Keep an eye one him now, but we will be the ones who deal with him once we are one hundred percent correct. Understand Rumsshi." the two destroyers gazed at the other, Rumsshi growled, though it was the little attendant who replied for him.
"As lord Rumsshi said to you two before, we shall be there, for lord Rumsshi is right. He has legal representation here and thus, he shall be there to represent the universe Ten."
"Fine, he can watch… an audience wouldn't hurt none. Now if you excuse us, we shall be returning to my universe Seven. And uh, Rumsshi… keep an eye on your Supreme Kai there. That Zamasu could be more dangerous than he looks." they stared at one another for a moment, those two must know the other for a long time for after a moment, he nodded mutely and he and Kusu floated upwards, preparing to leave, which they did with the flash of Kusu's staff.
(Tien-POV)
Training continued on, Goku gone and Kron being taken with him by Lord Beerus, Tien was still concerned with that guy who looked like Goku, wearing his body…
"'Wolfang-fist' haaaaaa!" Yamcha called out, the flashing blue of the blast coming from Yamcha's melee technique struck against Tien, who'd in turn flashed out a yellow-colored Ki-blast at point blank, the chaotic struggle between their attacks flashed and the detonation separated them, pushing them away from the other.
"'Tri-Beam'… … … haaaaaaaaaa!-"
"-'Kame… … Hame… …' haaaaaaaaaaa!!" the beam struggle began, their attacks at a much larger level than before, both of them on their last fumes. Yang suddenly flashed into view, inflamed; smashing through both their attacks while firing off a barrage of Ki-blasts from her aura all around. Tien and Yamcha were smashed aside to opposite ends, their blasts detonating around Yang, she wasn't fazed by their combined blasts, Yamcha and he went for her at once and the melee exchange; two versus one had begun.
Needless to say, then next fifteen minutes within the bout became a struggle; Yang's power when she used that 'Maiden' abilities she possessed always made her Ki chaotic to fight against, she must have also been training her 'Kaio-Ken' as well, almost able to use it with a similar multiplier as his. Yamcha was knocked out early, now Tien and Yang continued on their sparring match and in the end, Tien managed to knock her down into the metal ground of their gravity chamber.
Out of breath, Tien floated down and punched in on the buttons, turning off the gravity to normal.
Tien left his wife, who was already up and recovering from the spar so that he could help move Yamcha to the shower room, Yamcha came to and realized what happened, chuckling while Tien helped him to stand.
"Ah man, must have got knocked out again. That wife of yours… I gotta tell ya… damn, it is annoying to lose to a woman-" Yamcha was hit by a small Ki-blast, he was hit into one of the shower booths, an annoyed Yang stepping into the shower room.
"Yang…"
"Ah well, he's a smart mouth But r-right, I'll let you boys shower and go take a bath myself… You sure you want to shower in here with your friend, when you're wife is going to take… a bath." she smiled at him, Tien chuckling, turning to face Yamcha.
"Sorry bro, something came up. You can borrow my gravity chamber room. Remember to return it right." Yamcha got up, rubbing his head as he nodded.
"All good Tien, I'll return it soon enough. H-Have fun now."
