He started to fight monster at every level that Hero Association had to get strong, but he faced a Dragon-Level Threat that was above average and he was about to die. Hero Association

" We are backup from Tatsumaki and Flashy Flash, but I will be backup for Flashy Flash because of speed and more experience in hand to hand combat than you. You are backup for Tatsumaki as she is facing a organization of psychics that have some strong members that would heavily injury her or catch her to do experiments on her to get as powerful as her. Your lighting will kill most of the lackey so she can fight the powerful ones and you can probably kill a few of the powerful ones as well."
