AFO's face was now fully pissed at Grimmjow because the way that Grimmjow is mock is similar to how he mocks All Might's state and age. This causes AFO to reckless attack Grimmjow, Grimmjow is easily dodging AFO's attack and mocking him at the same time.

Jeanist quickly restraints AFO with his threads, Midnight and Edgeshot are using projectiles to increase the pressure on AFO. AFO is thinking that the heroes think that they are so great because they are beating him up without allow him to use any quirk expect the mutation quirk that are physically part of his body.
Hospital
The heroes are being surrounded by many mutation quirk villains and civilians because of the discrimination that they get by being different than any normal human. A villain in a robe told Spinner to get Kurogiri back, Spinner was going to attack police officer, but Tentacole punches Spinner with a strong Octoblow.
A tall, lean, gray wolf humanoid with a predominantly bluish-gray fur coat and cream-colored face, neck, and chest fur was behind the robed villain, his claw pierces his heart and kill him while giving him second to realize the pain and death. The wolf sees that an angry mob of mutation quirk civilians are rush to kill Tentacole and rush to help him.

Legoshi grabs some of the angry mob to throw them at the incoming reinforcements and this gave Tentacole the opportunity to push away the angry mob that was trying to kill him.
Tentacole thanks Legoshi for the save and ask him to stay back because the angry mob of mutation quirk people are dangerous, Tentacole asked a simple question, " Why attack a hospital and how does it help your cause?"
Tentacole tells the angry mob that the heroes evaluated the patients and staff and attack when everyone civilians was safe for danger. " YOU WERE POSSIBLY GO KILL OR HURT PEOPLE THAT DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS WITH YOUR WILD ANGRY. I WON'T FORGET YOU FOR DOING SOMETHING THIS RECKLESS AND CAUSING DEATH AND PAIN." Tentacole's face was covered in scars and had reasonable feelings of anger and frustration towards the attackers.
Legoshi is quietly killing the villains that are doing this for their benefit or the joy of pain and suffering, Legoshi is avoiding hurt the civilians because Legoshi/Ken has researched about this world and knows the situation with most mutation quirk civilians states in this world. Legoshi is taking the hits from the civilians and pushing them away so he can kill the villains. However, this looks like Legoshi is killing mutation quirk people and are trying to kill him, but they are somewhat confused why he is killing specific people and taking their hits.
Legoshi is covered in blood that is his and the villains he has killed, Legoshi is slowly regenerating to heal his wound so people think that his "quirk" gives him regeneration or a healing factor. The people weren't holding back with the attack, Legoshi has some pieces of metal on his back and bruises that cause painful experience.
Tentacole is facing a almost mindless Spinner that is only follow his orders because he don't really have a choice and he wants to help Shigaraki even if he has to be a mindless beast to do so. Spinner starts to mutate, tough scales are coming out of his body to create tough armor that most people can't break. Spinner attacks Tentacole with his sword in hand, but Tentacole uses his quirk to grow more arms out to protect himself from being killed.
" You people are in pain because of discrimination of others, you look like monsters, but right now, you are being monsters right now. You are prove what people think about mutation quirk people and attacking s hospital that helps thousands of people everyday. Let me ask a question, who is the monster right now for future generations and the present."
The words causes some of the civilians to stop because Legoshi is speaking facts, but stubborn civilians are blind with rage with the pain and suffering that they had to deal in everyday life since birth, AFO's minions are telling the civilians that Legoshi don't understand the pain they had faced and now will get some pay back on society that discriminate them.
Legoshi will piece of metal on his back that make him look like a hedgehog and slowly advances to AFO's minions, they tried to fight back from being killed, but Legoshi cuts their heads off. " YOU PEOPLE ARE TEAMING WITH VILLAINS THAT KILLED WITHOUT MERCY, SOME VILLAINS HAVE A REASON, THAT'S FINE AND DANDY. HOWEVER, THEIR LEADER DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR RIGHTEOUS REASON OR GOAL, HE WILL JUST USE YOU AND THROW YOU AWAY LIKE TRASH." Civilians were frozen with the realization that this would hurt their future children/grandchildren, and family in the future. Some civilians switch side because they can see the danger of their actions and will make it right.
People are calling the people that switch sides traitor, however, some civilians that switch were family, friends, neighbors, and associates that they cared for. The stubborn civilians would attack without hesitation, attack without mercy to the traitors and this causes some civilians a question themselves.

Tentacole stands back up and uses his quirk to grow more arms to create a giant arms, Tentacole continues to talk with Spinner to slap some sense into him, Spinner sees Tentacole's action or his current mindset disgusting. However, Tentacole tells Spinner " So what, that's who I am and I will always be that way." Tentacole punched Spinner so hard that the ground below him shatter after the impact and some of his tough scales were destroyed like glass. Tentacole put all his pain, suffering, joy, hope, good memories, and bad memories in this single punch to give Spinner a hit that has the good and bad of this own experience of the world as mutation quirk user.
