It was a Pikachu-shaped cartoon cushion, the only cartoon animal that Xu Jing liked.
"Jingjing, once it's embroidered, I'll bring it to the base for you. This cushion is dual-purpose; unzip it, and it's a thin quilt you can use during your lunch break," Xu Nuo said.
What a kind and considerate sister!
Xu Jing felt a wave of sadness, leaning against the doorway, letting the cold wind whip around her.
Xu Nuo played her part, finally noticing something was off with Xu Jing's reaction, timidly asking, "Jingjing, what's wrong?"
"Why did you go looking for Bai Xiao?" Xu Jing asked.
Xu Nuo's eyes immediately reddened, "Did she complain to you? I just wanted to apologize to her in person, hoping we could still be friends. Was I wrong?"
"Yes," Xu Jing said, "getting close to her is wrong!"
Xu Jing's voice was soft but full of strength.
Xu Nuo felt like an arrow had pierced her heart: "Jingjing, what do you mean? Do I not even have the right to be friends with her?"
