Sitting crisscross with his front facing towards Elder kai, Krillins eyes were closed as he was in a deep meditation focusing entirely on his energy.
Elder kai had raised his arms as he was doing some weird motions towards Krillin, but his eyes were closed and snot bubbles formed out of the old man's nose making him appear like he was fast asleep.
'I remember he looked and acted like he fell asleep in the anime, when brought up elder Kai simply said he was in deep meditation and it merely looked like sleep. Krillin was suspicious but still Gohan awakened his potential, so maybe he really is just in a deep meditation'
It had already been 6 hours with elder Kai, the first five were spent with krillin standing completely still as Elder kai danced around him in a perfect circle screaming at his potential to "wake up" and to "stop being lazy". When asked why he was doing this Elder kai said it was to set the mood.
Despite this seeming very dumb to Krillin he didn't utter a word of complaint as potential awakening was elder Kai's entire forte. The old man was incredibly weak personally but he was still highly feared, that was because he could turn even the weakest mob into a powerhouse!
It was known if you messed with elder Kai, all he'd have to do is round up a group of loyal weaklings and awaken their potential to get revenge.
After that five hours of yelling at Krillins potential to wake up, the two sat lotus style before one another and went into deep meditation.
Krillin felt the Kai's influence on him, under the old man's magic Krillins Ki felt like it was a magnet as it attracted more and more Ki into his body!
Krillins mind was entirely focused on the silver Ki that flowed through his body, doing what the elder said and feel his strength already rising higher and higher! He felt the ambient Ki that was in the air, he breathed the energy in and combined it with his own Ki!
The actual magical part of the ritual had began for just an hour, yet his ki had already become ten times as large! Krillin had to forcefully calm down his excited mind as he circulated the Ki in his body trying his best cooperate with the elder Kai body.
Krillins training with King Kai was helping greatly with this meditation, having to learn how to balance your spirit for the Instant Transmission technique was a huge boon.
As Krillin sat in this position, forcing were converging on Planet Namek!

"Hmm, this planet is more green than I expected and it's sparse in vegetation." Dr Gero observed as they landed down on Namek.
"I supposed it'd only make sense, Namekians have no need to eat to sustain themselves so naturally their homeworld would look barren." Both android 17 and 18 didn't respond, they simply looked around this new planet with an angry glare.
Dr. Gero had learned from his past mistakes and didn't even try to brainwash the two, their willpower would crush it and leave him caught off guard. Instead he reinforced the dead man's switch in their mind, if Dr Gero is killed then the bombs inside of them will immediately go off!
"It'll be a couple of days until Frieza arrives, I might as well collect the dragon ball before his arrival and make my wish. After killing him and collecting his DNA ill destroy this planet and make sure that bastard Goku cant be revived!" Gero took no chances when it came to Goku's revival.
"Relying on supernatural wishes is beneath a scientific genius like me, but still it'll be idiotic to not use them before destroying them forever." As Dr Gero said this with his back towards them, both android 17 and 18 gave each other a slight look.
With these bombs planted inside of them, the androids knew it was impossible to kill or escape this mad scientist. They'd already been told that the bomb was booby trapped, any attempt at removing them would immediately be detected and they'd explode!
Gero sealed his space ship into a capsule before taking out a laptop, the screen of the computer showed 7 blinking orbs in all direction.
"Come on you two, we'll collectthese dragon balls before waiting. By my calculations we still have a days until Frieza arrives, I can use that time to think up a good wish" Android Gero flew off towards the first dragon ball, android 17 and 18 chasing after him.

Inside a space ship that was moving much faster than the speed of light, three monkey tailed men kneeled before a floating chair that held a weird purple, pink and white alien.
"Lord Frieza, it will take us 5 days to arrive at Namek, and then it'll take an unknown amount of time to scout the planet for these so called dragon balls." The man in the middle spoke, his hair was sharp and pointy with a widow peak for a hair line.
"Instead of waisting your time in such a backwards planet, why don't you issue the Saiyan squad to use the faster and smaller secondary ships to arrive a day before you and get everything ready for your arrival." The man spoke with respect and admiration, but his eyes held an unfathomable rage for the being who sat before him.
"....I suppose I shall listen to your advice Vegeta.... You, Nappa and Raditz will go to this planet Namek and aquire their dragon balls, once I make my wish we'll destroy the planet to prevent others from capitalizing on them." Saying this, Vegeta, Nappa and Raditz all bowed to Frieza before leaving, not realizing Frieza's eyes narrowed as he watched their retreating forms.
"Summon Captain Ginyu! Tell them to secretly follow Vegeta, I can tell that monkey bastard is up to something!" Frieza's shrill voice yelled out!
The three saiyans quickly packed some food before closing the door of the secondary space ship and blasting off. Their spaceship just big enough for the three men to stand up and nothing more.
"Damn that rat bastard, I'll kill him!" Vegeta let loose once they were finally alone inside the ship, his fist were balled up tight as his veins bulged in anger.
Nappa remains silent and Raditz lowered his head at the outraged, compared to these high class warriors Raditz was nothing more than a punching bag. Even the saibamen that Vegeta had could easily defeat the likes of Raditz.
"You two.... How would you feel about leaving frieza, giving up planet conquering and living a peaceful life." Vegeta asked a completely out of character question causing both Nappa and Raditz eyes widen at this remark.
"Hahaha c'mon Vegeta, conquering planets is in our blood! Even if we broke away from Frieza the idea of living a peaceful life sounds dreadful!" Nappa shouted with a bloodthirsty grin, Vegeta just nodded slightly as he turned to Raditz demanding him to answer.
"I-i agree with Nappa, Vegeta. I'd rather die fighting and conquering than spend the rest of my life rotting away tending some garden." Hearing Raditz response Vegeta once again nodded when suddenly his hand light up is a purple light forming a ki blade.
Both Nappa and Raditz instinctively jumped back from Vegeta, if they had their scouters on they'd be shocked at his Ki rising higher and higher.
"I gave you both a chance to walk away but i'm not willing to risk the future of my family on you scum!" Moving near light speed, Vegeta's hand sliced through both Saiyans necks, decapitating them!
Vegeta looked a little heartbroken watching the dead Saiyans slump to the floor but quickly hardened his heart, he quickly chartered a course for Namek and set the ship on autopilot.
"I finally got a chance to break away from that bastard Frieza, I'll use the namekian dragon balls to become stronger and teleport to earth. The Hyperbolic time chamber and gravity machine will be of great use become strong enough to go super Saiyan once again!" There was a twinkle of nostalgia thinking about earth and it's amenities.
"I can also reuniting with Bulma.... and that idiot Kakarot." there was a faint admiration and reverence in his voice.
It turned out that like Dr. Gero, Vegeta had also time traveled back into his younger body!
