" Gather around children. We will be crossing the river soon." Miss Maybel said as she spread her hands so that the children would gather around her. Miss Maybel was the homeroom teacher of the grade one class and they were currently on a field trip to Lira forest.
Nathan was very excited. This was the first time he had ever left the borders of the kingdom. He couldn't wait to explore and try out his ability. He had an ability called restoration, that gave him the power to revert anything to what it used to be. It was a divine attributed ability and would be very useful if he had a technique for it.
" Hurry up students, we will have to cross the river before it gets dark!" Miss Maybel shouted and the children rushed to her side.
Miss Maybel activated her ability and caused them to float over to the other side of the river. " So cool." Nathan said to himself as he experienced Miss Maybel's ability. Maybe one day he would be able to his ability without having to chant it out in long sentences.
Soon they reached the campsite and Mr Gilbert who was their martial art teacher helped them set up their tents. After they had finished packing their things into the tents, Miss Maybel gathered them again and began her lesson with the class.
" Children, in today's lesson I am going to teach you how to summon your status windows."
" Yes!" Albert cheered. " Now you owe me two candy bars each."
Albert's friends, Noah and Alex groaned as they reluctantly gave Albert two candy bars each.
" Now, now children. You can finish your fun after my lesson is over." Miss Maybel said in a soft tone. " Yes Miss Maybel." They responded in unison as Albert sat down.
" So from our last lesson we learnt that mana exists all around us. Even inside our bodies ans depending on your attribute you can do different incredible things. So the first thing I want you children to do is to fell the mana flowing inside your body and direct it to the tip of your index finger." Miss Maybel said as she made a demonstration.
" Okay." The children said excitedly as they all started imitating what Miss Maybel had shown them. The teachers went around helping the student flow their mana freely and comfortably and after a few minutes everyone was able to do it.
" Good, you all dis great. Now I want you to say 'stratus appraisus' while whirling your finger." Maybel said whiles doing what she had just said. Suddenly a holographic screen appeared in front of her displaying her status for the children to see.
