Shao and his army set out to find the final piece of the godly artifact. They had already obtained six of the seven pieces and were confident that they would find the last one easily. However, Shao wanted to be prepared for anything, so he brought his entire army with him.
As they were getting ready to search for the final piece, they were suddenly teleported to a massive cave where they found themselves surrounded by many mages, swordmasters, emperors, and kings with their respective armies. They were all looking for the same thing - the final piece of the godly artifact.
Then, one of the heavens messengers appeared and explained to everyone that they were all teleported to the cave to give the gods a good show of how the strongest people on earth fight. The messenger announced that the one faction that comes out victorious will receive a system called the Divine God System.
The messenger further explained that the system allows one to gather divine power for completing tasks that the gods assign. For each completed task, the person gains points that can be traded for different magic spells, swordsmanship techniques, and divine artifacts.
Shao knew that this system would give him an edge in his quest to become stronger and unite the kingdoms. He decided to lead his army into battle and fight for the Divine God System.
