A living doll…
That was my first impression of her. Her aura was mysteriously mesmerizing.
She had blonde hair with strawberry-pink edges, bangs that covered most of her forehead, and dark-pink eyes that held no emotion. Her skin was smooth and pale. She wore a white polo shirt with a navy-blue tie, and a black choker—coincidentally similar to Ginko's.
She made my heartbeat speed up… like someone starstruck after seeing their idol in person. And it beat even faster when she opened her eyes and looked in my direction.
As if it were fate, our eyes met at the same time. She really looked like a doll.
A living doll.
But all of that shattered instantly when her serious, doll-like expression and mesmerizing aura…
Turned into a silly smile.
She clearly tried her best not to break character, but… it seemed that is too much for her because she failed.
"Pfft… Uhe-heheh… Ahhh! Yabbaaa! I ruined my perfect entrance!!!"
Her cool, serious demeanor from just moments ago transformed into a full comedy skit.
I was dumbfounded and turned my gaze to Kurumi and Ginko, who knew their sister far better than I did. Kurumi was shaking her head with a smile that clearly said, "as expected of Marin-san." and giving her reaction...
Now I was certain—this was the real Kitagawa Marin.
And strangely enough… Ginko was hiding behind my back, as if she didn't want to be seen.
After laughing for a few seconds, Marin took a deep breath. When she finally collected herself, she suddenly struck a pose, winked at me, and formed a peace sign near her eye with a cheerful smile.
"Hiii! I'm Kitagawa Marin! Nice to meet ya!"
She introduced herself in a bright, energetic tone. She looked—and acted—like those girls in anime culture called gyaru, I think.
I mean… just look at her. She dresses like a gyaru, talks like a gyaru, smiles like a gyaru…
Anyway.
Even though I'm not obsessed with anime, her aura and expressions were straight out of those classic gyaru characters.
"Hm? Ren-kun? Is something wrong?" Marin asked, noticing my dumbfounded look.
"Ah…" I snapped back to my senses. "Yeah… nice to meet you too, Kitagawa Marin."
She suddenly appeared right in front of me, grabbed my hand, and shook it. I had no choice but to go along. She smelled like citrus… and her hand was unbelievably soft.
"Let's get along well, Ren-san~!"
"Yeah… let's get along well… Marin?"
She nodded and winked—apparently approving me calling her by her first name. Then she cheerfully ran back to her sisters.
"Heh… Cheerful as ever, Marin-san…" Kurumi said with a warm smile as she watched her.
"Kurruuumiii-shaaaan~!"
Marin dashed toward Kurumi and jumped on her, hugging her tightly.
Kurumi gently hugged her back, clearly happy.
As they hugged, Marin looked left and right, searching for someone.
Meanwhile, Ginko was still hiding behind my back, but…
When Marin's eyes met hers—
Ginko's face turned pale, like she just ate something incredibly bitter.
Meanwhile…
Marin's smile widened, and her eyes sparkled with excitement.
"GIIIINKOOOO-SHAAAMAAAA!!"
She ran straight toward Ginko, and with a tired sigh, as if accepting her bitter fate, Ginko simply surrendered.
Marin hugged Ginko tightly, and you could even hear the noise "Urk" Ginko made as she was crushed.
"Let go of me… Kitagawa Marin!"
But Marin ignored her, stubbornly hugging her even tighter and showering her with kisses while rubbing her cheek against Ginko's.
Seeing those two, I can't help but smile.
I opened and closed my fist, checking if something was wrong with my body—like last time I summoned Ginko. But it seemed that wasn't the case…
Kurumi came to my side and clung to my arm.
I looked at her, then shifted my gaze to the two sisters.
"They're really close…" I muttered without meaning to.
"Fufu~ They are," Kurumi replied, glancing at me. As if she can read my mind "You see, when Marin was rescued, by Big Sister, Ginko was the one who took care of her. Maybe that's why they became so close."
"I see…" I nodded, then checked Marin's stats.

Her other stats were lower, but… her mana was top tier. Almost two million? Damn, I'm jealous.
And her skills… what the heck are these? She can literally become Kurumi and Ginko if she wants. Now I'm curious how that would turn out.
While I was spacing out...
"Ren, let's eat already. This woman says she's hungry."
Hearing my name, Ginko grabbed my arm and pulled me toward the dining table.
"Mouuu~ Ginko-shamaa~ so cruel…" Marin whined, hugging Ginko's free arm.
Although Ginko was irritated, she didn't push her away. Soon enough, we were seated at the table, and I watched Kurumi prepare our food one dish at a time, with her clone assisting beside her.
Bear meat, bird meat—anything we'd tried before and suited our tastes. But among all of them, one dish stood above the rest.
We called it kuren.
It sounds a little cringe, but it was an accidental food experiment we stumbled upon.
The process is tough, but trust me, it was one of the best things we ever made together and it was also one of the best memories I will treasure forever. That's why we combined our names and gave the dish its name.
Anyway...
It felt like a feast—kurumi cooked more than usual.
We ate, we laughed, we shared stories.
Well… I was the only one really telling stories, but still… it was fun and genuinely enjoyable.
Little by little, I began to understand Marin… and our bond was only just beginning.
Now…
I wonder…
Who will be the next waifu…
I summon?
