After his arrival and leaving Astina at the crater, Rin had just travelled a short distance before coming across a dark alley.In this alley he found six muscular armed men about to attack a girl.
"Well hello gentlemen,What exactly is going on here?"He spoke as he walked into the alley with his hands in his pockets.The girl quickly ran behind Rin in fear.
'Well she is pretty cute,would make a perfect start for a harem fit for myself,'Rin thought as he stroked his chin with his eyes shut and a smile on his face.
The men tried yelling at Rin to hand over the girl but he was completely oblivious to whatever was going on at the moment.
"Is this kid ignoring us?"
"He's smiling too,seems like we have to teach someone some manners eh."
One of the men held up a sword and slashed it aiming for Rin's neck with so much force it formed a dust cloud.From within the cloud of dust glowing blue eyes slowly opened followed by the clatter of what sounded like steel falling onto the cemented ground.
"What,you're just gonna attack a guy no warning?In the middle of a good daydream?"
"What the heck?!"
As the dust settled,the man who had attempted to attack Rin found his sword broken and Rin completely unharmed.The men quickly bowed down shivering and begged for forgiveness.
"You guys listen here,imma let you run away unharmed this once if I find you doing thus kind of thing again,you will not be so lucky.And from now on,this girl alongside many others are under my protection!So tell the others that you work with."
The men quickly got up and ran off.
"And you girly,"Rin turned to face the girl.By the look of it she was more scared of Rin than the men.Who would blame her though?
"D-don't hurt me please sir,"she stammered and bowed down in fear.
'Oh I just have a feeling this is going to be great!'Rin thought to himself."No need to worry,though now you do owe me.Whats your name anyways?Mine is Rin."
"My name is Elizabeth sir,"she quickly replied in a shaking tone.
"Well then Liz,what exactly did those men want with ya?"
"I-I don't know sir,"
"Okay,this place might be creeping with those guys,so I'll escort you home."
"Oh,no need sir,I can get mysel-"
"I wasn't requesting. "
"Yes sir!"
The two then proceeded to leave the town.
"Where exactly do you live Eli?"
"Th-the castle sir,"
'A royal?score!!'
"What we're you doing all the way out here then?"
"I had just left for a stroll but then I came across them and-please don't tell my dad sir,he'll get mad at me and-"
"Guess now you owe me two now huh"Rin chuckled.
They walked a short distance before coming across a crowd gathered around a bulky man who was stepping on and cursing a fairy holding her wings.
"The heck is going on there?"
"Well,that's fairy owner punishing his fairy,it's pretty common around the kingdom,you buy a fairy,and it serves you and you do whatever you want with it."
'She's pretty cute.Having freedom to do whatever you want with her and you just hit her is just dumb.'
"Well I can't just stand here while he's causing her harm now can I?"
"Please,don't-"
Rin got into the crowd and found his way to the centre."Yo,big guy,you must feel so good hurting a woman like that huh?"
The man turned to face Rin making everyone back off except Rin.
"You don't like what you see?Then leave!"
"Do not shout at my face young man,"Rin replied in a soft tone with his arms crossed,"let's have a duel,whoever wins gets to keep her,if you kill me,no charges are to be held upon you,same goes for me."
"Hahahaha,it's on little man."
Everyone in the crowd was surprised. Why would such a small man challenge the goliath of a man?And if he gets killed no charges are to be held?It was his challenge though,and everyone backed off and gave them room.Elizabeth stood at the front row watching him and the fairy was dragged on the ground to the side by the people.
The muscular man let out a demonic green and let out an aura that heated up the area.The ground under him crumbled under his feet but Rin stared at him with a rather undisturbed look.
The man clenched his fist and deshed towards Rin but before he got close to him,he exploded.Everyone was covered in his bits and blood except for Rin.The people were shocked and ran away in different directions.
As Rin walked towards the fairy she backed off in fear of Rin."Oh don't be scared,I'm not a bad owner like him."He extended his arm and pat her shivering head and shone a light over her healing her wounds and wiped off some of the blood off her face."What's your name?:
"I-I'm Alina,mister."
"Yo,princess,once we get to the castle you'll lend her your clothes."
The princess,engulfed in fear even more agreed and proceeded to continue wiping the blood off of her face and clothes.
Rin ordered the fairy to conceal her wings and she did as instructed. The three then proceeded towards the castle having a chat.
Upon arrival at the castle they were met by heavily guarded guards."Who goes there?"
"They're with me,"Elizabeth smiled at the guards and they were allowed into the castle with three guards following close behind them.
"The king wishes to see the three of you,"One of the guards spoke as they guided them towards the throne room.
When they arrived at the throne room a guard took ahold of the fairy."No fairies are allowed into the throne room!"He threw her to the side.
"How did you even-"
"She just wreaks of fairy!and her skin tone is just like that of those insects!"
Rin glared at the guard with his glowing blue eyes instilling overwhelming fear into the guard sending him running off.
Rin then proceeded to pick up the fairy."Alina,you're going to come with us."
"But my kind isn't allowed to the-"
"Blah blah let's go,"Rin grabbed her hand and got into the throne room with the two.
"Yo,king,you called?"
