His eyes betrayed how he felt.
Tired.
Nothing new as it was all he felt.
It was exhausting but life goes on.
And he was one of the many, following the assigned path and he was tired of it.
Oh so tired.
So it was with a relieved sigh, he succumbed.
"Hey, little one you awake?"
Except he didn't.
"Love?"
"He must be extra tired today."

He'll be fine.
Let's just wait another day."

This can't go for any longer, it's been days."
He felt his body getting hugged thighter, as if the person holding him was afraid of this other person. This Dakaria.
"I know, I know but..what will they do if they find out?"
There was panick, pure and unbridled.
What did she mean?
"We have no other choice.
We..we can't take care of him. We don't know how. He wasn't even supposed to exist."
And yet he did, much to both their displeasure.
"I love you Dakaria but please this is our son.
He's ill, sick and needs help!"
"Help we can't offer."

There was a sigh as his own mind processed the foreign words.

Alright let's go, I will protect the two of you."
He was....loved?
"Thank you Dakaria."
Much like in the beginning, he succumbed to a sweet slumber.
Uncaring of the movements around him as the sweet smell of lavender surrounded him.
