Scribing down the poem, Di Tou once again recalled Senior Watching Mountain, inscribing a certain sense of majesty into his writing. And after a while, a decent line of calligraphy appeared. The reason it was only decent was because it had been a very long time since Di Tou had properly held a brush, and although his body wouldn't let him make mistakes, it nonetheless felt rather mechanical, when for a writing about mountains, it was better to be a bit more 'bold' and brash around the edges…
In short, the feeling didn't quite fit.
But the underlying feeling was strong, and the poem was good, so… it could be considered decent.
Roughy comparing his calligraphy against the ones in the hall… Di Tou was at a bit of a loss. He felt like the ones in the hall were indeed better, but at least in part it was because Di Tou himself felt like his own piece wasn't very good due to having the reference point of Senior Watching Mountain as the true 'majesty.'
