Well, in any case, for Di Tou it could be considered a good thing… Although as an inhabitant of the world, it certainly wasn't pleasent to see just how cracked and fragmented the world was, as a 'laborer' who was just doing their job, seeing so many Realm Fractures meant that he had job security! He didn't have to worry about running out of work, or suddenly being relocated because this location wasn't 'doing well enough.' All he had to do was lower his head and keep going!
And so… another five years passed. In these five years, although Di Tou had started to regain some extra time as he paid off his debts, he didn't relax and kept chipping away at the Realm Fractures and dealing with Spirit just as he had in the years prior. As a result, although he had no vacations in these five years, he managed to accumulate a grand total of five days of rest! It was almost a whole week off!
