The people working on the foundation of the Summoning Arts Tower were indeed from the beastkin that Vale had rescued in the Celestial Prison Realm's Beast Arts Tower.
Well, it wasn't a random assignment to them at all. Their group didn't want to live in a city.
With that in consideration, they were always living close to nature… the trees, the lake, the animals, and all.
Furthermore, they had an incredible talent for reading the terrain.
Vale didn't even have to find the perfect location for the Arcane Arts Towers and just used their suggestions.
Needless to say, the Alchemy Arts Tower's location was also selected by the beastmen. It would be placed in the southern meadows, where herbs and rare plants grew in abundance. The fertile land would provide endless resources for potion brewing and pill refinement.
The Rune Arts Tower would be placed in the northern cliffs, where stone and mineral veins had already been detected but hadn't been mined yet.
