Corey was extremely perplexed as to how he had not noticed that the house he was literally sitting in had been moving for so long.
Although he had not been able to use his Eyes of Omniscience and his Ears of Omniscience were severely limited to the hearing of an average Tier 3, he believed that his senses were sharp enough to notice even the slightest hint at the house moving.
And he was right.
Despite how depleted his mental energy were, his bodily senses would have sensed even the slightest movement of the house.
But the house showed no signs of movement from the inside. Absolutely none.
Despite the house moving, the inside of the house was extremely still and not even a tinge of vibration passed through the house as it moved.
There was no way Corey could have noticed the oddity because there was not meant to any oddity.
That was the specialty of the 'house'.
'Damn it.'
