When the Smiling Faces Club first appeared in all corners of the Old World, William visited Art for the first time, also his first private visit since the public performance.

Just one question, coupled with that almost cracking smile, directly won over Art's 'affections,' considering him a fellow enthusiast. He accepted William's invitation to the already reserved restaurant.

Due to the need to privately develop the Smiling Faces Club, Art presented a 'bare-faced' appearance: a huge hooked nose with multiple small pustules, a large mouth without lips often revealing yellow teeth, and a pair of eyes with no eyebrows or eyelashes.
Even without clown makeup, even wearing normal clothes,
when Art walked into the restaurant, the approaching waiter felt physically uncomfortable and vomited on the spot in front of both men.
The two went to the innermost private room,
