Maria came down and found everyone still in the same position they were. She didn't say anything but just sat there waiting for the call.
She just hopes that idiot will be able to do the job without any hassle. If they are caught, then that's a big problem for her.
About thirty minutes later. A call came in to Williams phone, and Maria just knew it was for Grace.
"Yes, this is Williams Smith… You have my daughter?" Williams asked and stood up from the chair.
"Of course, we will be right there to pick her up now. Thank you so much." Williams said and dropped the call.
"They said a car dropped Grace at the police station and just drove off. It was the security who alerted the station. They were unable to catch the car, though." Williams said.
"At least we have my daughter. We can worry about the kidnapper later on." Maria said and stood up.
"Jack and I will go pick her up." Chris said.
