Early the next morning, the Second Division of the Personal Guard, having suffered a major setback, finally decided to show its true strength.
Hundreds of the most physically robust soldiers of the Second Division donned their personal armor. They brandished chainsaw swords, the ear-piercing hum echoing throughout the factory. Behind them were light armored infantry wielding large-caliber magic energy hand cannons.
Dozens of Casters formed a tight queue. Almost all of them were classmates from the same academy, cooperating with remarkable harmony. Their protective spells quickly combined into a sky-high barrier, one that even a Legendary Mage couldn't break through in a short time.
"With such a grand formation, aren't we overestimating these rebels?"
The commander sneered, "Fool, those rebels can field thirty Casters, and you still think they are ordinary rebels?"
"If not for repeated orders from above, I would even consider deploying Floating Airships and Land Cruisers."
