Time passed by like a blur for both Alex and Gwen.
The first six months since the establishment of the sorority were a sort of testing phase to see how feasible his idea even was. It also allowed him to iron out the minor issues in the rules and the whole sorority system that he was planning to utilize. Ultimately, while the sorority in Empire State University served as an enjoyable outlet for Alex to enjoy himself in debauchery, while also further corrupting Gwen, its main purpose had been to serve as a dry run for his investment in education and development of people to manage his assets in the future.
With the start of the new term, Alex rolled out a university talent development plan through the Gaia Relief Fund and Stacy Industries, sponsoring sororities in the top hundred universities in the world under their brand. The benefits that were provided by the two companies were enough to easily poach multiple people from the leadership of other societies in every university. The initial buzz brought them a large number of applications from all one hundred universities to select the four leaders of the new sororities. Every single one of them was interviewed by Alex under different guises to allow him to simultaneously interview almost ten thousand applicants within a few days. He used Gaia's immense processing capabilities to identify the best possible candidates for all four leadership positions among the hundred universities.
What followed was the formation of a tertiary bond with every applicant, giving him four hundred newly bonded hosts. Naturally, considering the tens of thousands of tertiary hosts he had in the farm, four hundred more didn't change anything. He also took the opportunity to introduce Gaia to them as an assistive General Artificial Intelligence that would soon be released by Stacy Industries for the masses. Hearing Gaia's capabilities, they were all doubtlessly excited beyond measure, despite being aware that they were under constant monitoring by an artificial intelligence. They understood both the benefits and the drawbacks of such an item. As for the addition of their chokers for the tertiary bonds, he told them that it was a special creation that couldn't be removed without explicit approval from him or Gaia, which would be provided once every term, during the change of leadership.
With that, his plans to invest in future talents had officially commenced. Eventually, he was planning to establish an entirely centralized education system to develop talents for the future, but that was still a few steps down the road, especially for this planet, since it wasn't completely under his dictatorial rule and still had enough entities to resist him.
With his current strength, he could easily take over the entire planet and set up the same system as the other three planets in Gaia, but he didn't want that. What he wanted was a future-proof society. A forceful dictatorship, no matter how glamorous, still had risks and resistance. Even if he killed off all superpowered individuals on the planet, new ones would rise up given enough time. A new species of mutants might even emerge, given enough time and oppression. Even now, there were a few ticking time bombs on this planet, like Jean Grey, who had a direct line to the Phoenix Force. Even if he killed everybody else, he had his doubts about being able to kill her.
Still, with a gentle and gradual approach, he was slowly taking control over the most fundamental aspects of this planet's civilization.
As another year passed by, Alex and Gwen were in their final year of university, and things had drastically changed.
Ever since Stacy Industries released Gaia Bracelets and their accompanying assistive general artificial intelligence in the form of Gaia, the things had spread through the world like wildfire. Almost every major institution voluntarily adopted it for its respective purposes. Within a year, it started to phase out smartphones, making most major manufacturers scramble in a bid to catch up. Unfortunately, even with the technology, they could never compare to the level that Gaia had reached in terms of helpfulness.
Unlike how Alex forcefully suppressed everything on the other three planets, he instead chose to acquire some of the major companies through Stacy Industries, allowing him to quickly scale up production. Within the year, smartphones were already starting to be phased out as more than half the population shifted to the superior and more affordable Gaia Bracelet within the first year of its launch. Another thing was that Alex didn't target the Telecom just yet and chose to make the Gaia Bracelets rely on their existing frameworks without taking them over. This significantly lowered the resistance from the existing major corporations.
Ultimately, although the gentle approach was slower to be implemented and required more effort as opposed to a direct forceful approach, it would be beneficial in the long run, as the new aspects of Alex's administrative system became commonplace for everyone.
The pervasive use of Gaia and Gaia Bracelets and the creation of a hundred sororities were far from being the only things that Alex had done in the past year and a half. The other thing came in the form of benefits for both the Mutants and the Inhumans.
For the former, he almost forcefully cut off all military funding that went into defending against them. The discrimination against the Mutants and their treatment as nothing more than dangerous weapons was almost as consistent as Spider-Man's miserable life when it came to the flow of the Marvel Multiverse. Alex directly took action against this and used Gaia's spread to his benefit in locating most research facilities that were working on dealing with Mutants while also cutting off all funding for them. Within a year, hundreds of mutants had joined Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters in Gwen's reality, and the number was only increasing as time passed. Alex even set up a long-range detector to directly find mutants all over the world, increasing the influx of new talent even further.
That led to a hefty investment in the existing school so that it would be able to accommodate the tens of thousands of potential recruits that were projected to transfer there within the next five years. Alex also took the opportunity to give Emma Frost, his trusted representative among the Mutants, a controlling stake in the school, such that in matters between her and Xavier, she would be able to exercise her authority to make an executive decision as long as Gaia agreed—after all, Gaia was an extension of Alex's own will.
With that, one thing led to another, and he suddenly found out how it felt to fuck a diamond woman. Of course, to make it possible in the first place required some fine-tuning from his ‹Biological Manipulation›. But the result of that effort was more than worth it. The sensations that he felt were entirely unique and resulted in her staying with him for almost an entire week, being sustained by nothing more than his cum enriched with Bioenergy, truly experiencing the joy of submitting to her symbiotic overlord. With that, the state of her Tertiary Bond became the same as most of the experienced widows under Yelena, where Alex would regularly fuck her out of her mind at night to keep her pleased and obedient to his commands.
On the other side were the Inhumans, who were granted the status of an official country, with any Inhuman emerging anywhere in the world being treated as if having diplomatic immunity and being quickly sent to them. With Luna Maximoff serving as his representative among the Inhumans, her status was quickly raised to a princess position where she would be trained as the next Queen of the Inhumans after Blackbolt.
For the time being, the only issue was that he couldn't find any suitable person to serve as his representative among the Sorcerers. They were the only major organization that he planned to bring under his direct control, leaving the other groups to their own as they integrated with his administration system naturally. The Sorcerers were an integral part of his current system, where he had an administrator stationed in every country. They made all sorts of logistical issues seem entirely non-existent with their use of both temporary and permanent portals. For now, he planned to continue the status quo, directly working with Doctor Strange to get things done. When the man started growing a little older, he would find a suitable replacement to serve as the Sorcerer Supreme among the mutants who were more talented in the Mystic Arts.
While all these things were going on, Gwen seemed blissfully unaware of everything and simply enjoyed her time with Alex, doing all the things she wanted to with him. That included risque encounters all over the campus, classy dates and cheesy matching outfits, letting loose in special orgy parties with Alex at their sorority house, and a lot more. She made sure that she got the most out of her university experience.
By the time their final term commenced, the entire university's system seemed to have changed as they incorporated Gaia Bracelets almost everywhere. Let alone replacing phones, Gaia Bracelets seemed to have replaced almost all access and communication measures all over the university. Anything that depended on an ID card was now dependent on Gaia Bracelets. Even exams had become dependent on the use of Gaia Bracelets to monitor the students. Even further, almost everything seemed to be shifting to the use of Gaia Bracelets. There were even rumors that, in time, these bracelets would be used as government identification, replacing the existing means.
