Rick is woken up from his meditation by Gunda.
"so how is your first mediation? can you tell me what you feel? " asked Gunda.
then Rick begin to tell him all he see from his transparent glass core until how he fill it up.
"i am impressed. really impressed" said Gunda as he rise his eyebrow.
"usually the first mediation will only allow you to feel the presence of Core Space. but you not only enter it, but also form a core and even make a breakthrough. i say you are very talented in this aspect. " comment Gunda
"thank you Gunda. " said Rick with little smile. but within he is very happy.
"you are welcome.
now with your meditation over, let's start with physical training! " said Gunda with full spirit as he raise his hands.
a blink away later, all the gym equipment is appear in the field where Gunda and Rick located.
"we will start with.... "
and that is the most physically challenging day for Rick ever.

a week has passed since Rick started training.
his physical training (abuse) is getting more and more difficult. the reason is because Rick actually pretty strong even compared to some early stage cultivator, physically speaking.
so for Rick to really train his body, he need to be pushed (abused) beyond what his body already capable of.
for his meditation training, Rick got less than satisfying result.
after his initial burst at day one, Rick core didn't grow that much. there is almost no new energy in Rick core.
but this result is expected by Gunda. he said to be able to really grow their core, a cultivator need a proper arts and to have one they need to get the inspiration from heaven.
now to get inspiration from heaven, is something you have to wait. some suggest that you need to find something related to your cultivation method before you are given the arts. other said it is heaven's will that decide when you get an inspiration. in the end, you just need to be patient.

week after week that turned into month
Rick physical training have reach it summit and now he is already categorized as strong as a New Stage 2 cultivator just in physical term only.
even Gunka who already at New Stage 3 cultivator is almost lose in term of physical strength. but that only happen because Gunka is not a cultivator that focus entirely on physical strength.
anyway the stage of cultivator can be separated into this :
- New Stage - New Stage 10
- Advance 1 - Advance 10
- Master 1 - Master 10
- Lord Stage
- Emperor Stage
- Demigod Stage
currently to keep on training and maintaining his condition, Rick join with Gunka and some other youngster from village to hunt a beast in the forest. their target is a beast called Big Brown Boar.
a normal Brown Boar is a 5 meter long boar with huge tusk. this boar is well known for its delicious meat and useful body parts that can be turned into many kind of tools and equipment.
Big Brown Boar is a variant that posses body size much bigger than the normal one which is 8 meter long. this boar posses far greater strength comparable to New Stage 4 cultivator while sacrificing its speed.
Rick, Gunka and the others finally find the beast quite deep in the forest. after they find it, they separate themselves as planned and hide quite a distance away from Big Brown Boar.
the plan is for Gunka and the other cultivator to fight it head on, distracting it while preparing to avoid its charge. once the boar performing its charge attack, Rick and everyone else will rush to the boar side then rain it with attack.
with hand signal from their group leader, Gunka and another weapon cultivator start to approach the boar upfront.
noticing humans trying to attack it, the Big Brown Boar start to roar menacingly and try to swipe them with its tusk. but both Gunka and the other cultivator already know this move. they keep their distance while waiting for the right moment.
then the moment came!
the other cultivator wield a weapon called needle, got the chance and stab the boar right below its left eye. this needle weapon is almost as long as human arm with a small curve for hand grip.
the stab wound leave a deep small hole right that not deadly but painful enough to distract the boar from Gunka who approach stealthly and deliver wide slash to its front leg muscle. effectively disabled it for sometime.
this time is used well by Rick and several other that rush in to deal as many damage as possible to the Big Brown Boar. sword, spear, fist and spell all directed to the boar while it can only roar in pain.
at this time, Gunka and Neddle cultivator step back and watch from distance. ready to distract the boar again if it start fighting back.
luckily the boar can be defeated fast enough. thanks to Rick timely uppercut that happen together with a spear cultivator that try to stab the boar head from above. the combination force Successfully kill the boar by allowing the spear fron above to pierce deep enough to his and destroy boar brain.
