Walking down the streets, Curley could clearly feel that the state of Hotwind Port had changed. She didn't know where the problem lay, but just felt that this place seemed to be on a different path.

There were more cars on the streets, and human soldiers were becoming fewer, while unarmed humans were increasing. The malls reopened, each shop brilliantly lit with decorations.
