A.N: This is my version, so don't expect many things to be similar to the anime.

After three days, we were on our way to the airport with our families. On the way, my mom and Grace teased us, causing some embarrassing moments. It seemed like they had become friends after discovering similarities in their personalities.
When we arrived at the airport, many girls gave me looks, and even boys did, but not like before. This time, the looks from the boys were full of jealousy. Maybe it was because I was more handsome than they could ever be.
As we were saying our goodbyes to our families, Grace said something in Serena's ear, causing her to blush. When Serena looked at me and saw I was looking at her, her blush deepened.
Rita was also with us, but she remained silent most of the time, just like always.
After saying our goodbyes, we took a first-class flight to Alola.
.
The flight took about fourteen and a half hours to reach the Alola region. If I compare the distance between Kalos and Alola, it would be similar to the distance between France and Hawaii, so the time taken was understandable.
I wondered, though, if we had taken a ship to Alola, how many days would it have taken to arrive. No, I wouldn't take such a long trip by ship, because I didn't want to get seasick.
.
After we came out of the airport, we saw a man in a driver's uniform holding a cardboard with my name written on it.
"Hey, are you my driver?" I asked as I approached the man.
"Are you Mr. Siddharth?" he asked.
"Indeed, I am."
"Then I am your driver. Come, let me take you to your home, young master," the man spoke before taking our luggage.
.
After about twenty minutes of driving, we reached a private villa near the beach.
This was my house. I mean, I obviously don't have it in my name, but it's mine. My parents always buy a private villa in every region, sometimes even more in some regions, and this is one of them. They also hire staff to take care of it. So, when I decided to come to Alola, I didn't have to worry about a place to live.
After we picked our rooms and unpacked our luggage, Serena and I decided to visit the Pokémon School while Rita decided to check out the kitchen.
.
My driver took us to the Pokémon School and escorted us to the principal's office. The principal of this Pokémon School was Samson Oak.
He was a tall man who resembled Professor Oak, his cousin. He had long gray hair, tanned skin, and brown eyes. He wore a short-sleeved teal collared shirt decorated with blue fish and a white curvy line in the middle as a print. He also wore white shorts and blue flip-flops, as well as a watch on his left hand.
He talked in a strange way, which made it hard for me to hold a conversation with him. I wondered how Ash managed to hold a conversation with him. Maybe he's just crazy.
After talking to Principal Oak for some time, he called Professor Kukui, who was the teacher of our class.
.
Professor Kukui was a young man with a muscular physique. He had dark eyes, black hair in a man bun, and a goatee. He wore a white hat with a rainbow decoration on the front, along with a white lab coat with rolled-up sleeves, gray baggy pants with a green stripe, and white drawstrings, as well as green shoes with a white outline.
Principal Oak spoke to us in the same strange way, while Professor Kukui awkwardly laughed before taking us to the classroom.
"Okay class, these two will be joining. You have the first period free, so you can introduce yourselves," Professor Kukui spoke before motioning for us to introduce ourselves.
"I'm Serena from Vaniville Town in Kalos Region. Nice to meet you," Serena said.
"I'm Siddharth Sahoo, but you can call me Sid. I'm from Lumiose City in Kalos Region."
Suddenly, a muscular, dark-skinned young man with red and brown hair, styled to resemble fire, approached us. He wore red shorts with a black outline and sandals with the same color scheme. He wasn't wearing a shirt but had black cloth strips tied around his shoulders, attached to a necklace with a small badge and feather decorations.
"You've introduced yourselves, now it's my turn," he spoke.
"Sure, go ahead."
"I'm Kiawe, and I challenge you to a battle!" he declared, his tone full of confidence.
"Here we go again," said a short, somewhat chubby boy with spiky orange hair and green eyes. He wore a white shirt with an orange game console design on it, brown pants with orange cuffs, green shoes with blue soles, and a yellow scarf resembling Pikachu's tail. He also had a belt with a large buckle at the front.
"If you don't want to, you can decline," Professor Kukui said.
"What? Are you scared?" Kiawe asked, speaking arrogantly.
"I warn you. Never underestimate your opponent. But sure, let's have it," I replied.
.
After I accepted his challenge, we made our way to the battlefield outside the school. There was a large arena set up for battles.
"The battle will be one-on-one. The battle will end if either Pokémon is unable to continue. If both Pokémon are unable to continue, the battle will be declared a draw," Professor Kukui explained, acting as the referee. "Now, bring out your Pokémon."
"Turtonator, let's do it!" Kiawe said, throwing his Poké Ball.
"Let's do it, Frogadier! Finish this quickly," I said, throwing Frogadier's Poké Ball.
"Turtonator, use Fire Blast!" Kiawe shouted.
"Frogadier, counter with Water Pulse!" I called as our battle began.
.
"Hey, Luna, Mallow, Lillie, Serena, how long do you think he'll last?" the chubby boy asked.
"He seems good in battle. I think this battle will last longer," a blue-haired girl spoke.
"Yeah, he seems like a good battler," said a green-haired girl.
"Two minutes," Serena said.
"Huh? I think he's a good battler, but you think he'll only last two minutes?" the green-haired girl asked, surprised.
"I was talking about the other boy. I've seen him fight; he won't last more than that," Serena explained, surprising everyone.
"Let's wait and watch," the blue-haired girl said.
During the whole conversation, a beautiful girl with green eyes and platinum blonde hair remained silent.
