Chapter 1 - Life Story

Beep.... Beep.... Beep....

A sound of a heart monitor resounded across the room as a weak fragile old man can be seen lying on the hospital bed overseen by his children and grandchildren.

"Father do you regret anything?"

A youthful man asked as he glance down the hospital bed asking his father.

"Well I regret something in life, but I can see what your question is so no I do not regret it one bit."

"Why? Why do you have to do that? We can manage it easily, so why?"

Right now his daughter ask this question to his father while fighting back her tears not to fall down.

The old man has 9 children, 5 daughters and 4 sons. Respectively they are handsome and pretty with their own unique charm.

"Yes, all of you can manage it, but what about the others? Can they do it? You're different than the others, you're a God not just any God a powerful one at that."

"I do this because I saw this world is twisted and almost at the brink of destruction. I have no choice do I? The ones that are living not just you, but the whole mortal race dependent on it as well."

"This whole world were once beautiful, so beautiful indeed that everywhere your go you can have a sense of peace, but they have to be greedy. Expanding they're power in the mortal realms, ignoring the pleas of the people, and destroying this once "balanced" universe."

A brief silece enveloped the room only the heart monitor can be heard. After minutes of silence the old man sounded again.

"I already live my to the fullest whether it is happiness, sadness, sorrow, grief, joy, pain, everything I have no regret. But only one that is only in my mind, that is I can't see my precious children and grandchildren grow to become fine man and woman."

All of his descendants were crying because they felt powerless to not help their father or grandfather to be healthy again.

While all of this were happening a thick book appeared our of thin air and float around the room before stopping above the old man body.

"My children, I shall give this book to you."

All of them looked at the with curiosity in their eyes and one his grandchildren ask a question that made the rest got their ears perked up.

"This book contains all of my story from my first life to my last life."

The descendants were shocked at this revelation all of them think "Last life? that means reincarnation???"

"Hahaha... yes what you're thinking is right, reincarnations one of ability or you can say curse that is. Well I already get rid of this stupid curse so I wont be reincarnated with my memories intact."

While they're still in a daze, a violent cough can be heard across the room that snapped everyone out of their daze.

"Father! Are you okay?"

"Grandpa don't go please."

"Hey!! Get a priest in here and heal hi-"

Before he can finished his word the old man's hand held his son hand and said weakly.

"It's fine, that means it's already my time to go. I won't prolong my inevitable death any longer."

Sobbing and sniffle sound reverberated across the room when they heard the old man voice.

"Make sure you don't waste your life like I did, always be there for your own family and be kind towards each other."

"Oh yeah and make sure you read my story and rate it would you? And make sure give your thought to it."

A small chuckle appeared on everyone voice but, a sound of the heart monitor changed as it sounded like a long beep.

Beep...

The old man dies as his body disintegrate into light particles. He live his life with some regret as the descendants cry their heart out because they lost an important family member.

The floating book flew towards the youthful man and he stated.

"Why don't we see this book right now? That's what father wants us to do."

All of them nodded simultaneously and the youthful man open the book, letters and a projection of his father's life flash across the room. They read the first page with excitement and curiosity in their face.
