After they ate, Dimitri immediately took her to her house. They are now inside the car sitting together in the front seat, but Alexandra seems to be out of herself, she is just looking out the window thinking far away. Dimitri noticed her silence since they left and she didn't even answer him when he asked her where her house was.
"Hey! why are you quiet now?" he couldn't stop asking. "I'm not used to you being quiet, I'd rather choose that we always fight than see you thinking far away or seeing you uneasy."
"Nothing, I just miss my Mom." She answered without emotion but it was obvious in her eyes that she was facing a big problem.
"If you have a problem just share it with me. You better talk to someone when you have a problem so they can help you too. You know the saying no man is like an island." He advised her not taking his eyes off the road.
"Thank you but nothing to worry I'm okay." Alexandra just smiled at Dimitri to stop him from asking. She knew Dimitri wouldn't stop until he wouldn't sure that she is okay. That was what she noticed in the two days she was with him. Dimitri was observant and he always makes sure all things are run well.
After a long ride, they arrived at Alexandra's house. She was still inside the car but her heart was beating so fast that she couldn't figure out why she was nervous. It is proven in front of the house the chaos that happened in the past few days. The crystal Windows on the second was cracked a disaster crack.
"What happened to your house? Did you get robbed?" Dimitri asked her confused, He noticed that her house was wrecked something like her house was robbed.
"We weren't robbed, something just happened that I can't explain to you now." She can't tell him what happened to her. Dimitri is a human and she doesn't want him to be afraid of her. Who wouldn't be afraid of someone like her a creature with the blood of a wolf and vampire? Alexandra didn't wait for him to open the door, she got out of the car and Dimitri followed her into the house. When they are in front of the door, they both felt that the house was so quiet that there was no one inside. Dimitri just looked at Alexandra while turning the doorknob, he couldn't figure out why he also felt nervous and seemed to urge him to find out what happened inside. He just followed her wherever she went. Alexandra goes first to the kitchen but she can't see her mother.
"Mommy, where are you? I'm here." she yielded while searching for her mother but no one answered her. "Mommy don't do this to me." She gasped while trying not to cry.
"It seems that your mother was not here. Look at your house so messy." Dimitri interrupted her. No matter how much she screamed, her mother couldn't hear her, she wasn't there anymore.
"No!" Alexandra just sat down and cried. She looks like an abandoned child in the street a beggar child. "Mommy has left me but when I was a child she promised me she won't leave me but why is she not here?" she asked herself with a hiccup, Dimitri felt pity, he approached her and knelt in front of her so that their height will level. He cupped her face to look at him straight.
"I don't have any idea about your problem with your mom but please don't ask yourself." He looked at the second floor. "Maybe your questions will be found there." he pointed up, Alexandra also looked up, right maybe in her mother's room she would know everything about her.
"Maybe you are right." she immediately stood up and wiped her tears. She ran to the second floor of their house, she went first to her mother's room. When they arrived at her mother's room, she saw the messy room, her bed was all turned, broken sliding windows scattered on the floor and a broken lampshade. She searched every corner of the room, she opened every cabinet, drawer or even under the bed but there is no sign of her mother. She sighed and went to Dimitri who was standing at the door.
"Did you find anything?" he asked Alexandra with folded arms when she arrived in front of him.
"I did not see anything," he answered shaking his head.
"How about your room?"
Alexandra thought, he is right, her room is the one untouched by vampires and wolves. She went to her room next to her mom's room. The door to her bedroom was golden when she was about to turn the doorknob he heard Dimitri laugh softly behind her, she turned to him and frowned.
"What? why are you laughing?" she pouted and put her two hands on her waist.
"Nothing.. I just like the colour of your door," he answered with a laugh.
"Crazy, the colour of your room is black, but did you hear me laughing at the colour of your condo?" she answered with a frown and a grin.
"Oh, you are really
short-tempered." he answered and ruffled her hair which made Alexandra even angrier.
"tsk.. just stay here I'll just go to my room." she rolled her eyes up. She slowly walked into her room when she reach her room it show how neat and clean her room is. Her room is different from her mother's room, there is no sign of damage. Every corner of her room is coloured gold even the ceiling. She first went to her double door cabinet but there was no sign of her mother's stuff. When she turned to the bed, her eyes caught a folded bond paper. She approached it before opening it he blinks a few times to know if it is not a dream.
The bond paper came from her mother she wrote her a letter. Alexandra took a deep breath and began to read her mother's letter.
'Dear my lovely daughter Alexandra, maybe when you read this I am no longer at our house. , Baby I'm sorry if I cause you pain and lie to you but I do that because I want to protect you from your fate. I know you are confused right now about your true self. My daughter and I will answer each of your questions. Yes, you are not human we are not human Alexandra I am a commoner vampire and you are the daughter of Lotus pack alpha. Before you were even born, it was written in the prophecy that you were appointed the first daughter of your father to save us. Your father and I love each other but it was forbidden because our leader didn't allow us but your father fought for us even though it cost us to be away from him. Do you remember when you were a child when you saw a big dog that you could talk to? he is your father he is Apollo the Alpha who didn't fulfil his reign as Alpha of his packs. He chose to protect us, my daughter. There's only one thing you want to do, baby, accept what you're as Luna of Lotus packs. Samantha, Tyler, and Scott are our family they are here to protect you and help you to become stronger. I love you so much Alexandra I promise I will come back with your Father. Before I finish this letter I am warning you please choose your friends wisely and be observant because not all the people you trust are true maybe they just use you. Please be safe and be proud to protect your packs while I and your father are away from you.'
Alexandra trembled and shed tears while reading her mother's letter. Every drop of her tears falls on the paper which caused it to get wet.
Dimitri heard Alexandra sobbing and didn't hesitate to follow her. He saw her sitting on the bed crying.
"Hey what's the problem?" she asked in surprise.
"My mother is gone, she left me," she answered with a hiccup. Dimitri grabbed her shoulder and pulled her slightly closer to his body and hugged her.
"It's okay I'm here, I'm willing to help you." He calmed her down.
"Thank you but I won't accept your help. I won't take advantage of your kindness. I have a family to help me so don't worry I'm just disturbing you." she answered crying into his chest.
"No, you are not disturbing me. It is my will to help you," he said bravely to her. Although the incident happened quickly he gradually felt that he loved Alexandra.
Alexandra let go of the hug and gently held Dimitri's face without taking her eyes off him. He has red eyes and pale skin but he is still handsome
She shook her head. "My answer is still no," she replied with a defiant smile
"but why? you don't trust me?"
she shook her head again
"It's not like that. I have another family Dimitri and I should be with them first while mommy isn't by my side."
Dimitri sighed and hugged Alexandra again.
"Okay fine, but call me if you need my help okay? I will give you my cellphone number." He has given up but that doesn't mean he will give up on protecting Alexandra.
"Thank you, Dimitri." She rested her head on his chest and listened to his heartbeat which calmed and reassured her.
After he making sure that Alexandra was fine, he decided to go back to the condo.
"Don't forget to call me okay?" Dimitri told her as he left the house.
"Yes, my master," Alexandra answered with a smile.
After he left Alexandra immediately called Samantha she didn't think twice to call her because this is what her mother wanted.
"Hello!" She said after Samantha answered her call.
"Oh my god, Alexandra where are you?" Alexandra winced as Samantha shouted on the other line. She won't lie she misses her best friend all of them.
"Please fetch me here at my house," she begged but it was obvious that she was crying of longing.
"Hush... don't cry we will fetch you there."

In the Kingdom of vampires, the vampire counselors meet in the hall. They were all wearing long red coats that reached the ground and were lying in a circle form with the Vampire King in the middle.
"Your Majesty, are you sure that the crown prince Dimitri can help us?" The west minister asked doubtfully.
"You don't need to worry I am 100 percent sure that Dimitri can handle the mission I gave him." The King of Vampire grins, he is furious with his ministers because they don't trust his son, their crown prince a successor next of his line.
"The question is, won't he be affected by Luna's beauty? We all know that Dimitri doesn't care about our clan, but when it comes to beautiful women, his heart easily melted." Ministers of East added.
The Vampire King stood up and punched the Minister of East hard in the abdomen causing him to be thrown to the corner of the hall and break the wooden wall.
"Don't you dare question the ability of my son, he will make her fall in love with him Mark my words," he shouted and looked intently at everyone in the hall.
