Of course, Little Saye did not hope that the Spirit Storm would directly shatter the soul of the God of Blood, Darkness, and Death. The soul of an Evil God is immensely powerful, and not something that can be easily destroyed.
But, any interference is good.
With the previous experience of facing the Lord of Pleasure, Little Saye knew very well that confronting an Evil God directly in the early stages was a suicidal act. The best strategy was to find ways to delay as much time as possible.
Little Saye's actions were quite effective, under the cover of darkness, the Evil God seemed truly unable to spot Little Saye.
Just as the Spirit Storm was about to pierce through the Evil God's eyes, a sudden change occurred. A large hand appeared from behind, precisely clutching Little Saye's body within its palm.
"Darkness!"
"You might not know, but I also hold the Authority of darkness, your disguise is transparent before me."
