Dragon Ball – Scene 29.0: Earth, Southeast Mountain Area [Steel Corp Manor], September 11th, Morning
While trying to see how powerful Saiyans truly are, Fanfan fights Mauka herself and wins against the teenage princess without any effort. Fanfan didn't even had to grab Mauka's Tail even knowing that it is the Saiyan's weakness. Fanfan is impressed on how powerful Mauka is, she wonders if the princess can access the power of her people with the right training: The Power of the Ozaru or the Power of the Super Saiyan. After the sparring session, Fanfan, Blade, Mauka & Lily along with Bristle, Miguel & Mark begin to eat breakfast.
Fanfan:
I'm impressed with your power, Mauka-Chan. Saiyans really are designed for fighting. I can see why Lily's Potential as a fighter is higher than her father.
(Teen) Mauka:
We are. We Saiyans have many advantages such as Slow Aging, Zenkai Boosts and Transforming Under The Full Moon.
Fanfan:
Yes, I wanted to ask you about that. Can you retell us the Legend of the Super Saiyan?
(Teen) Mauka:
(Annoyed)
It's a fairytale. Many Saiyans have died thinking they were the Super Saiyan, only to be killed off like they were nothing.
Fanfan:
Please humor me. I get the feeling your legend might have been butchered on purpose.
(Teen) Mauka:

Every 1,000 Years, A Super Saiyan Is Born. His Power Is So Great, He Is Invincible. However, that level of power is so overwhelming that it could only be maintained in the transformed state of the Ozaru which can only happen during nights of the Full Moon. One Night, He Couldn't Contain His Power And Self-Destructed Along With Our Home Planet. Just like Planet Vegeta, the Full Moon on Planet Sadala only appeared once every 100 Years.
Fanfan:
I see many contradictions there.
(Teen) Mauka:
Now explain what you are referring to.
Fanfan:
The Super Saiyan can only use that power during the Full Moon that only happens once every century? If that's the case, the entire planet would have been destroyed as soon as he attained the power. Meaning he could use the power at any moment without the need of becoming an Ozaru. Second, I dealt with Lily at one point when she became an Ozaru and trust me when I tell you, she was a rampaging wild beast when she turns into that Great Ape. What I'm trying to say is, The Legend was Altered for a reason and I want to know why. Answer me – How Powerful Does A Saiyan Become Once They Transform Into An Ozaru?
(Teen) Mauka:
10 Times Power Of Our Base Form. My Power Level is around 250. If I could become an Ozaru, my Power Level would be 2,500.

For some reason the Moon's Blutz Waves doesn't affect me in the same manner as Normal Saiyans. Must be because of my eyes.
Fanfan:
Why is that?
(Teen) Mauka:
Pure-Blooded Saiyans do not have different colored eyes. We usually have black or a dark colored eyes. Hanasia and myself are the only ones with such eyes. In a manner of fact, Lily shouldn't be able to become an Ozaru because of her eyes either, so how did she?
Fanfan:
You are right! Lily-Chan has become an Ozaru before and she have the same eyes as you, but in different color. I wonder why.
Master:
I think I can explain. Every night, Lily and I would always do a little stargazing for her school project. We started that project a few nights after the Full Moon Phase ended and the Waning Gibbous was beginning. Even after we completed her school project, Lily loved to look at the stars and the moon at night that I couldn't say no to her, so we kept stargazing until the Full Moon came back a few weeks later and became an Ozaru. Can the moon still give you Saiyans these Blutz Waves without the Moon Being Full?
(Teen) Mauka:
It can, but it isn't enough to cause a full transformation. Unless…Our Eyes can store the Blutz Wave Energy and use it later. If that's the case, we can harness the power without transforming.
Fanfan:
Can Saiyans stay self-aware even being in that form?
(Teen) Mauka:
We can, but we'd need to train our tails first so it stop being a weakness, then consecutive transformations into and Ozaru eventually strengthen our mental fortitude in order to stay self-aware during the entire night. I wear this Custom Scouter in order to not lose control of myself if I were to look at the Full Moon by accident.

Hours later, Balmung & Sword return home with an old short woman dressed like a witch with pink hair that to Mauka this old woman seem to be the dubious type. Everyone notices that Fanfan isn't there to greet Baba which raises too many questions.

Upon arriving at the Check-In Station, Mauka is in awe seeing how the afterlife looks like and right in front of her is the desk of the giant they are meant to meet before gaining permission to go to Hell: King Yemma.
King Yemma:
Baba? This is unexpected. What are you doing here and who is this girl?
(Teen) Mauka:
I am Mauka of Vegeta. I have—
King Yemma:

As she stated, she is Mauka of Vegeta and she is here to meet a family member who is currently in Hell.

As Mauka waits for the guide outside along with Fortuneteller Baba, King Yemma sighs in sorrow as the book holding her file that says "n/a" meaning that she has been set for her to gain Immortality and never enter the Gates of neither Heaven nor Hell. The guide arrives and along with Fortuneteller Baba, takes Mauka to meet her Grandfather, King Vegeta II. Upon arriving in the Hell where her Grandfather is at, the guide tells Mauka that he & Baba will wait by the entrance until she returns. Mauka walks deeper into the domain as her surroundings get darker & darker as the air is filled with the stench of blood; suddenly she notices Corpses of Saiyan Warriors & Scientists all around her with some of them being brutally torn apart that is making her sick as she recognizes this horrible scene before. Suddenly, Mauka hears a bloodcurdling scream from a distance and runs to where its coming from. Upon arriving to where the scream originated from, Mauka is terrified as she sees a Female Saiyan as big as Kale becomes during her Berserk State, but this Female Saiyan isn't a Super Saiyan, nevertheless she is giving King Vegeta II a beating of a lifetime and before he could escape, this Female Saiyan ends up crushing his skull underfoot. After this Monstrous Female Saiyan leaves, King Vegeta II's Head is restored and is furious he couldn't overcome this Berserk Saiyan yet again and is stuck in this pathetic loophole for the rest of his eternity.
(Teen) Mauka:
It's your fault that you are stuck reliving this. If you had led the Saiyan Race with Humility & Respect, you would've never suffered this humiliation in the first place.
King Vegeta II:
Who are you?
(Notices Saiyan Tail)

Yes. The Males are Onio, Bardock and Tora. For the Females are Gine, Fasha and Esharotto. Even though she wasn't the Strongest Female Saiyan, I convinced my son to take Esharotto as his Queen.

Only leaving the weakest ones alive until they outlived their usefulness just like the Heran, Bojack did to his own people ages ago.

The Space Pirate to be rumored to be as strong as Demon King Dabura?
King Vegeta II:
The very same, however none knows what became of him and his crew after they disappeared mysteriously around the same time we were recruited by King Cold. In order to surpass Cold and his sons, we needed the power of the Super Saiyan. Nevertheless with us not producing enough S-Cells, we needed an alternative means to surpass those three – The Power of the Wrathful Saiyans.
(Teen) Mauka:
How do I access that power?
King Vegeta II:
For starters, you are Too Young to access it. Second – You need to Strengthen Your Tail so it stops being a weakness. Third – You need to Train Your Mind in order to maintain your awareness through the form's amplified rage. Finally – Train & Strengthen Your Mind &Body in order to achieve the awakening. This process will take years for any Saiyan to master. Even the Female Saiyan that killed me had the potential, but she lacked the mental fortitude to control that power as you witnessed.
(Teen) Mauka:
Who was she? She seemed familiar for some reason.
King Vegeta II:
That was Paragus' Mate. Out of all the Saiyans who volunteered for this project, only she attained the results we wanted…

Your Eyes. There is a light in them that made me see that you and Saiyans raised on planets like Earth, have the power to become Super Saiyans than those on Planet Vegeta ever could. Your Mother's S-Cells…they propagated within you even further than in her own body. If you master the Wrathful State, attaining Super Saiyan will no longer a fantasy. And…becoming a Super Saiyan God is not only probable, but possible.

King Vegeta II:
Unfortunately I do not know the process of achieving Super Saiyan. The truth behind that was lost with the Death of Yamoshi. But the power of a Super Saiyan God…I only know 1 thing. You need to have unlocked the Power of the Super Saiyan and perform a type of ritual, but this power has a time limit. I don't know how long it lasts.
(Teen) Mauka:
I see. The reason you rewrote the legend was so you could create an Army of Saiyans that has Mastered the Wrathful State so you could use that against King Cold and his Sons since we all lacked the S-Cells needed to become Super Saiyans. Wrathful Saiyans would become the New Super Saiyans instead of the real power. And since we can't become Super Saiyans due to the lack of S-Cells, you hid the Super Saiyan God Legend as well.
King Vegeta II:
Yes. But I believe that you are the one…my Child destined to be not only a Super Saiyan, but the Super Saiyan God…

After returning to the Check-In Station, Mauka says her final goodbyes to her now reformed grandfather and soon to be reincarnated new life. She hopes that one day the meet again as friends. Upon returning home, Mauka begins training her tail in a very painful manner as Lilith, Bristle, Miguel, Balmung, Sword, Mark, Agito, Shizu, Master Satan, Fanfan and Blade grabbing and twisting Mauka's Tail in order to help her build her Tail Muscles. Blades gets beaten up frequently as his grabbing and twisting feels erotic to Mauka that she feels he's sexually harassing her, but in reality since she is falling for him, his touch is in reality soothing and unconsciously acts like a cat as she purrs because of it. Everyone sees this and instead of chastising Blade as Mauka asks, they all call her in a singsong voice "Tsun~Dere" which makes her blush profusely and with a flustered angry look on her face she screams "Ah, Mou!! Yamero Kudasai~Nyaaa!!!". Unknown to them, Cooler learned everything as well for Mauka forgot to deactivate her Custom Scouter while traveling to Other World. After learning this, Cooler figured out that the Saiyans always hated his father and were always planning on betraying the Cold Empire. While training the young man and Chichi, Gine senses a power nearby and they hear the roar of a dinosaur coming from where that power is located. They rush to that location to see Pasta fighting a dinosaur without relying on her weapons, but it's proving to be too much for her to handle. The young man jumps in and kills the dinosaur with no effort. Gine asks why she was fighting that dinosaur only for Pasta to answer that she wants to get strong enough to defeat her rival who can kill a dinosaur with her own hands who is also participating in the upcoming Tenka'ichi Budōkai: A Girl with Blue-Eyes and a Tail. Gine figures out who she means, but asks about the Tenka'ichi Budōkai. Pasta tells her all about it and that it'll take place in less than 8 month in the Southern Islands, more specifically the Papaya Islands. Upon hearing this, Gine decides to enter her student in it and offers Pasta the training to help her get strong enough to kill a dinosaur just like the young man that saved her. Upon seeing that this young man can do what Mauka can, Pasta smiles and feels that she found the means to prove Earthlings Can Surpass Saiyans. However from a distance, Hemlock watches from afar his target: The Young Man With White Hair & Dark Skin who saved Pasta…
