"Accelerate! Accelerate now!" Anna's employer's voice was so high it nearly broke. His face was a mask of terror as he stared at the rapidly approaching battleship.
Though he didn't know what had happened on that ship, he wanted absolutely no part in facing those resurrected monsters.
Regardless of what the others thought, Gao Zhiming was ecstatic. This meant there was a way to save his sister. He quickly turned to say something to the others, only to see Jackal and the rest gathered in a circle, deep in discussion.
"There's something wrong with that ship. Anna is under their control," Roy said. "We don't know how they did it, but if they can affect Anna so easily, they won't be easy to deal with. I propose we retreat now."
"I can get you all out of here first," he continued. "With my Ability, if we fall horizontally through the air, we can reach the shore in as little as a day."
