When Charles arrived at the seabed, he observed with a grave expression the unmoving modern bedroom neatly arranged within the ice layer on his right.
Looking at the neat bedsheets inside, the minimalist ceiling, and the forest mural on the walls, Charles felt things were becoming troublesome.
"I previously thought those seam monsters froze this place because the Foundation hid something they needed, but now it appears that's not the case. Their purpose in freezing the entire SITE6 was to repair it!"
It must be said that this is extremely bad news. It's impossible for the Earth Sea monsters to repair things for no reason; they are clearly the Foundation's station repairmen!
Since reconstruction is still ongoing, this means the Foundation hasn't completely died off yet!!
