The massive Unicorne drifted slowly through the dark depths of space, inching closer to its destination.
In the cockpit, Deep nervously watched the compass and the watch on his wrist. Beside him stood Charles and Nico, doing the same thing.
Instead of pointing straight south, the compass quivered incessantly as if electrified.
"Five minutes are up, turn right." As the round steering wheel started to turn continuously, the Unicorne suspended in mid-air began to change direction.
After the scene had repeated a few times and as the jittering of the compass needle slowly subsided, the three men finally let out a sigh of relief.
"Captain, the Foundation's map really was a lifesaver! Without their warning, anyone entering this godforsaken place would lose their way," Deep, who was at the helm, said.
Charles looked at the map in front of him. He had drawn it himself, and as an outstanding artist, he had paid meticulous attention to every detail.
