I got... Literally so many items from the Wall of Flesh that as I collapsed and my summons dragged me into the fleshy box that held all the items after the Wall of Flesh's death, I honestly thought that I was back home on earth and I fell asleep on a bag of chips that spilled everywhere along with a stack of clothes.
But as I awoken from my rest, I realized that, no I was still in the world of Danmachi in fact and I needed to make a fucking squirrel cap out of Sir Fluffykins the first due to him bonking me in the side repeatedly with a fist-sized goat emblem while loudly chittering.
"Oh yeah, the Goat Skull is a thing," I said wryly as I saw the mount that only had a twenty-five percent drop chance and I groaned as I looked around the dark... And the damp fleshy interior of the room I was in and saw with the room's natural glow and the light leaking in from the doorway, all the drops placed in a nice array by my summons.
"Good job guys," I said thankfully and then moaned out in joy as I chugged a large jug of water out of my inventory to finally rehydrate myself after the battle while I considered what I needed to do now.
First of all. Like all people who killed the Wall of Flesh, I took the smaller watermelon-sized purple Demon Heart and I grimaced as I reviewed my mental information on this damned thing and I realized I had to literally eat the demonic heart. Like I was doing the cinnamon challenge all over again back in high school I just dug in and after a couple bites, I paused as I looked down at the heart and muttered. "Grape drink?" Why the hell did my demonic and eldritch tainted heart taste like a grape drink?
Eating the Demon Heart made my soul kinda tickle as it stretched a lot like when I leveled up with Seshat's help, but instead, it was my soul stretching and growing so it could hold another accessory slot... Which was instantly filled with the Wall of Flesh, Fargo's Boss Accessory in the 'Pungent Eyeball'
Unlike the other previous accessories I used, this one actually hurt slightly as my eyes filmed over and I hissed as a mental dump of its effects reached me and I blinked as its effects came to me mentally.

All the Fargo's boss accessories were strong, which is why I actually spent a level-ups mod retrieval on getting a mod that gives me more accessory slots with each level. And it was totally worth it.
Beyond the Fargo's items, I obviously got the basic unmodded, Clockwork Assault Rife, Laser Rifle, Breaker Blade, Firecracker, and then the normal emblems that always dropped for classes like the melee, mage, ranger, and the other emblems.
Then there were the modded weapons from Calamity I got... "How the fuck do I burn monsters to death with something called the Meowthrower that makes obscenely loud meowing noises as it shoots blue and red flames." I muttered blankly before my lips twitched even harder as I got 'it'
"No freaking way." I snorted as I held up the Black Hawk Remote, which was one of the best summonses in early to even mid-Hard Mode. But with a button press, an extremely loud thrumming roar rang out and I blankly looked outside... And yup, there was a much smaller fighter fucking jet flying loudly in front of the fleshy little box I was within.
I stared at the hovering fighter jet, and a loud snicking noise rang out as the drone's camera blinked and I face palmed. "How do I tell Hestia and Seshat I have a literal fighter's jet." I muttered before I looked back up to the fighter jet and I continued. "Are you sentient?" I asked and it did nothing and gave a noticeable reaction but then Sir Fluffykins got my attention and he shook his head and pointed at the thing several times, and after a couple questions I learned that the fighter's jet was just a mechanical summon without sentience a lot like the Wulfrim Drone.
'Oh god, Sir Fluffykins is going to upgrade to using a flamethrower from atop the fighter jet... I cannot wait to take him into the dungeon.' I thought while holding in a giggle at the thought. But either way with the knowledge that the summon wasn't sentient I de-summoned him with another button press and then stood up with Sir Fluffykins giving me over the Goat Skull so I could summon the mount.
The Goat Skull was a good mount as with a ghostly grunt of exertion from the mist within the eye's of the goat emblem formed a large horse with a goat's head... But it wasn't just a normal horse shaped and sized goat, it looked straight out of Ghost Rider with how it was a clearly animated skeleton filled with demonic dark red flames that filled it's eye's and were left behind it's every step.
And like a ghost as I rode it back towards where Haruhime was supposed to be. The Goat Skull Mount could double jump as well as glide through the air... "Wait aren't you just a rip off of Best Boy Torrent but made emo like a Ghost Rider mount." I muttered to myself but thankfully the mount didn't seem to care about my words at all as I made my way back towards Haruhime and Orario.
As I was assuredly ready for a level-up with killing the Wall of Flesh... And I wanted to do depraved things to my waifu's to celebrate just surviving this experience. That I was in no damned hurry to repeat!
