"Doctor Michael, you have a serious case to attend to." As soon as Michael stepped into the office, the assistant handed Michael a file.
Michael was in his white coat and scrubs, glasses casually perched on the bridge of his nose. His hair was pulled back and tied with a rubber band, which accentuated his exquisitely handsome, cold face.
Michael collected the file and scanned through it, his brows furrowing with each line he read.
Michael raised his head and looked at the assistant with knitted brows. "A stab and bleeding case? Why hasn't anyone attended to the patient? His case is serious!"
The assistant spread his hands, wrinkles appearing on his forehead due to exasperation. "Doctors wanted to, but he refused everyone, claiming he wants no one other than you. He insisted that he wants you because you have a good reputation and he'll be safe entrusting himself to you."
