"Mikoto, help the Uzumaki ninjas, I'll take care of the Raikage." Minato spoke in the middle of the rising dust.
Mikoto nodded her head. Minato touched the Susanoo at that moment and she disappeared, with Minato sending her directly into the middle of the chaos that Kumo and the Uzumaki were causing.
Minato looked at the cloud of dust until it exploded in lightning, with the Raikage emerging from within it. He stopped in front of Minato, while the boy did not take a single step back before the furious Raikage.
The Kumo kage did not look as dignified as he had at the start of the battle, his shoulder was injured and he had several bruises on his body due to Mikoto's Susanoo's last point-blank attack. There was blood dripping from his lips, even the lightning armor had not completely protected him from the brute force of the last strike.
There was pure hatred in the Raikage's eyes as he stared at Minato, while he was still slightly taller than him. At the same time, Minato remained calm, a solemn look toward the Raikage, while the lightning emitted from the opponent's body almost touched him, blowing his hair and black cloak back.
"You killed thousands of Kumo ninjas..." The Raikage said.
"We're at war, do you expect me to stand still and let you get to the Uzumaki island so you can wipe them out?" Minato retorted as if the Raikage were an idiot, after all, who would stand still and wait to die.
"I felt the chakra of the nine-tailed fox, is Konoha behind this?" The Raikage asked, looking at Minato's cut forehead protector.
"We're deserters as you can see..." Minato shrugged. "Konoha chose not to help, unfortunately my village is cowardly enough to submit to an even more cowardly action from you all, 4 great villages wanting Konoha to pay in weakness for having won a 4v1 war? You kages are a pile of filth and that also goes for Hiruzen, he is a weak and cowardly Hokage." Minato spoke openly.
This awakened rage in the Raikage and he seemed to explode even more in lightning, even emitting bolts toward Minato. He received the lightning cutting into his body, while all it left were glowing slashes on his skin before healing.
He hadn't even moved from that spot.
"The Raikage is furious!" Said one of Kumo's ninjas watching the scene.
"Minato Namikaze, this boy is anything but normal..." One of Kumo's analytical ninjas said, looking frustrated. He could see, no one got this close to someone with brute strength like the Raikage-sama, but the boy was there, less than a meter away while his kage emitted the full power of his chakra mantle, raising his chakra to that comparable to a bijuu. Even so, the boy was not intimidated.
He had heard a lot about the boy during the war. The boy who entered the Land of Wind alone, retrieved the antidote to save a comrade, and changed the course of the war at that moment, with Konoha having the antidote. He became a hero at a very young age, and his achievements never stopped. He himself had many S-rank missions, battles against Hanzō, Ōnoki, the Four-Tails' Jinchūriki, and many other opponents, which made everyone think it shouldn't be possible for a boy to fight against such people and come out alive from those fights.
When he went to the northern border, the first report of him was in the Land of Sound. He simply managed to wipe out the Sound Country's Kumo operation, which had tried to gain an advantage against Konoha. When the Two-Tails was dispatched to the battlefield, they saw in the report that the boy used the famous jutsu of the Second Hokage in a way never seen before. He could stop a bijūdama by teleporting it to a safe place. He was classified as a potential threat, and Kumo should kill him before the boy grew stronger.
When Minato fought against the Raikage a few months later, everyone in Kumo was stunned when the boy simply managed to fight against their kage in the middle of the forest, sending him back to the battlefield. It took only one simple jutsu and he made Raikage-sama strike his own chest, gravely injuring himself and leaving him out of combat.
If they were already stunned by the boy's skill, the battle against the Uzumaki only inflated all of that further. He simply destroyed them, thousands of Kumo comrades were now dead thanks to the boy and his actions.
And he did not stop surprising them. After all, he seemed to have almost infinite chakra, entering and leaving Sage Mode constantly. They were now without a jinchūriki, with almost 1/3 of their initial numbers remaining.
The Kumo ninjas were nervous. Minato was about to face the Raikage and there was no doubt that he was even more powerful than he had shown during the war. Sage Mode, even greater speed, the monstrous perception the boy demonstrated, and that thing of turning into light— even his body seemed to become intangible and regenerate through light. No one had ever heard of a Kekkei Genkai like that.
And if that were not enough, the people accompanying him were all monsters. They could hear the sound of the Kyūbi roaring where Iwa was supposed to be, and before that, she had been on the eastern side, wondering why that side had suddenly gone silent.
There must have been more people on the other sides of the village, but the one they were facing here was a Uchiha who was with Minato, wearing the same scratched headband. Kumo had faced the northern front in the war, where most of Konoha's Uchiha were stationed, so they knew very well how to deal with them.
However, the Uchiha girl was unlike anything they had faced before, she had different eyes and an ability to materialize her chakra and transform it into a kind of four-tailed monster, they had never seen anything like that before, making the Kumo ninjas wonder if that was an innate ability of the clan that the girl had unlocked or an ability unique to her.
No one would want a group of Uchiha to be as strong as her.
This proved that not only could Minato Namikaze handle the Raikage, but the girl had proven that she could fight against the strongest ninja of the Cloud Village, it was outrageous. She might not have the same speed as the Raikage, but the defense she displayed in that horned four-armed monster was something no one had seen before, even the chakra cloak was inferior to those bones.
An explosion at that moment made the ninjas stop their thoughts when the intense heat of black flames erupted on the other side of the battlefield, and everyone turned their gaze away from Minato and the Raikage to see the Uchiha spewing black flames from within the monster as they spread across the battlefield on Kumo's side, with their ninjas raising stone and water shields, but the flames managed to destroy most of them.
"What is that?!" A companion of the analytical ninja exclaimed at the black flames. He had heard that some Uchiha possessed a certain black flame technique called Amaterasu, could those be the black flames?
The Kiri ninjas were being reduced as the flames penetrated the shield, this was concerning!
The Raikage clenched his teeth at that moment, without taking his eyes off Minato staring back at him, he could feel what was happening on the battlefield.
He then delivered a point-blank punch to Minato, which made the ground beneath them sink and explode into debris, while he was surprised that his punch had been caught by a black fist, the brat was holding his fist as if they were in a street brawl.
"What's wrong, Raikage, surprised?" Minato asked, surprising the opponent that his punch was being held by just one hand.
Minato was using Armament Haki and was eager to test it here against the Raikage. The ninja in front of him had already been injured by the Haki during the war, when Minato was still developing the technique. Now he wanted to see how powerful it was compared to the Raikage fighting in the same way the kage did, using speed and punches, with an abnormal defense.
Minato kicked off the ground, ignoring all the chaos happening now on the battlefield, it was just him and the Raikage now. In the next moment, the Raikage received a punch from Minato's free hand, striking his cheek, and Minato's fist sank into it before sending him flying backward.
The Raikage flew like a bullet into the ground, exploding it, while the nearby ninjas who had been watching Mikoto's battle turned their gaze back at him in shock, seeing the Raikage take a punch and be buried into the ground.
Minato remained in the same place while the dust stirred and his enemy flew at him from the destroyed area, trying to strike him. He used Observation Haki along with Sage Mode sensing to dodge the attack, before delivering two consecutive Haki punches to the Raikage's ribs.
The punch sent him flying back once again while the Raikage's bones cracked and fractured. He exploded against a coastal rock, shattering it.
"Raikage-sama!" The Kumo ninjas immediately shouted and went to help their kage.
"Do not get involved in this." Minato shifted his gaze toward them, releasing Conqueror's Haki with a glowing look, a blue even more dangerous than the blue his eyes usually held.
The wave of Haki passed through the ninjas and more than 30 Kumo shinobi who had been helping the Raikage fight against the Uchiha girl simply began to faint.
"Hey! They collapsed?!" Some ninjas farther away shouted, unable to believe what they had seen. The enemy had not made any movement, and all their comrades had fallen to the ground without explanation, while they themselves were unaffected only because Minato's Conqueror's Haki was still weak.
The Raikage emerged from the debris and looked at that with a raised eyebrow. He said nothing, only narrowed his eyes at the boy staring back at him, his own fists turning black again as he entered a street-fighting stance.
That intrigued the Raikage. That brat was full of tricks he had never seen before. He managed to take down dozens of elite jōnin without making a move, his prediction ability was abnormal, and parts of his body would turn dark and powerful, both offensively and defensively.
At the same time, on the Uzumaki battlefield along the same coast. The Uzumaki were launching attacks against Kumo as they could finally breathe, even slightly. The giant yellow avatar that Mikoto had summoned around herself was being bombarded from all sides, Kumo ninjas trying all kinds of jutsu, while she simply crossed her arms and let the Susanoo's hands with swords move, devastating the entire battlefield.
The Kumo ninjas were crushed as if they were nothing, while screams of pain and death continued to echo, and the Uzumaki did not remain idle now that they finally had the advantage.
Out at sea, some White Zetsu emerged, watching the scene from a distance with wide eyes. "That's Susanoo! The girl has the Mangekyō Sharingan too, we must inform Madara and report about the jinchūriki's control over the Kyūbi as well!" they murmured to one another.
