In the south of Uzushio, the Uzumaki ninjas prepared for battle against Suna, while a great mass of golden sand advanced above them, with Rasa creating a shield.
The Uzumaki made multiple water dragon heads advance against the enemy, but they were stopped by the sand, and a large number of sand ninjas floated to protect themselves from the attacks, remaining on top of the golden sand.
The leader of the Uzumaki clan shouted orders quickly for everyone to get ready, and it was at that moment that something appeared. Minato appeared, raising a Rasenshuriken, which in the next moment burst into wind and piercing sound in every direction, before launching it directly against Suna.
The ninjas were immediately surprised. A wall of golden sand was raised, but the explosion quickly surpassed it, consuming most of the nearby ninjas, while screams echoed.
Minato disappeared before the Uzumaki could even react. He reappeared grabbing a kunai somewhere else in the sky, and delivered another kick to Ōnoki, who grew frustrated as he fell back, raising his arm to defend himself.
"Damned Namikaze..." muttered the old Tsuchikage, looking at Minato with anger.
They had been fighting before. Minato suddenly formed a Rasenshuriken in his hand and said something like, "Be right back." He left only a kunai in the air before disappearing and reappearing again, kicking Ōnoki in the next moment.
Right after that, an explosion happened in the south of the island, and the old man understood very well what was happening.
"He dares mock me?!" Oonoki shouted. 'That brat simply attacking other fronts while fighting me... What kind of humiliation is this?' he thought in frustration.
He had never recognized someone so brazen or with such flexible abilities, capable of fighting him as if it were nothing, while attacking other armies at the same time.
Minato paid no attention to Oonoki and saw that Suna had quickly recovered from the previous attack and advanced against the Uzumaki. They were the first group to reach him, and quickly the battle became dangerous, with chaos taking over the southern region.
Minato analyzed the situation while forming a hand seal. And one of his clones who had been gathering natural energy disappeared. The eyes of the original Minato changed when he returned to Sage Mode. Ōnoki grew cautious when he saw him enter Sage Mode again right after having left it.
"That brat... What can't he do?" murmured the old man, not knowing how Minato had obtained natural energy so quickly.
Minato formed the Shadow Clone seal, and fifty clones appeared before all of them quickly disappeared, emerging in the southern region, where the battle was intense between the Uzumakis and the Suna ninjas. Puppets were thrown against the red-haired ninjas, who were surprised when Minato reappeared at every point where he had left seals, massacring whoever was nearby as he advanced.
A roar came from the west, as the bijū advanced toward the island, in front of the ninjas and Kushina.
Minato looked in that direction. Even Ōnoki waited for him to disappear to go help, but that didn't happen, because the boy seemed calm, watching the Three-Tails draw closer and closer to the shore, with the Six-Tails following not far behind, though slower, since it couldn't move over water as fast as the Three-Tails.
And Minato was very calm. After all, Kushina had finally made her move. She advanced to face the bijū, her body covered by the Nine-Tails' chakra, which began to expand in an explosion of energy.
The Three-Tails was caught off guard when a burst of chakra appeared, taking the form of a golden fox made of pure chakra. The Nine-Tails appeared in front of him, simply raising its hands and striking against the beast's shell, stopping it before it could reach land.
"What the…?" Ōnoki opened his eyes wide in shock, able to see the enormous tails swaying like mountains. He understood very well what that meant.
The Mizukage, on the other side, also stopped his advance, staring in astonishment upon seeing the Kyūbi — the beast of hatred — right there, using a transformation different from the one always told. After all, it was supposed to be red, and that one didn't even have skin, it looked like pure golden energy.
"That… that is the Nine-Tails Chakra Jinchūriki… here?! And since when does Konoha have a jinchūriki who can transform… we didn't see this in the war!" the Mizukage murmured, speechless. This was something no village had ever seen, much less appearing here, in front of everyone. Otherwise, the whole world should know the Nine-Tails appeared in the Second War!
Even the sensors were shouting about the massive amount of chakra that emerged on the island, greater than any other beast present. Even the Uzumaki, who had never seen the full transformation, couldn't help but stare in shock and awe at Kurama's complete form. The Kages also felt the chakra, and everyone, along with the strongest jonin, furrowed their brows.
"How is this possible?" was the question lingering in everyone's mind.
Minato watched Kushina, while the Six-Tails tried to join the Three-Tails to fight her. He could feel the reactions and emotions of everyone around him with his observation haki, and began to laugh, floating in the air in front of Ōnoki.
"HAHAHAHAHA! Why is everyone always so shocked about my wife? I mean, everyone gets more shocked by her than by me!" Minato continued laughing, finding the situation amusing. Not that he felt jealous, but people tended to be more impressed by Kushina's control over the Kyūbi than by any ability he possessed. Maybe Mikoto's complete Susanoo caused the same effect — another thing that would be fun to see.
A beam of chakra came in his direction, white in color, and Minato simply turned into light, dodging as Ōnoki tried to strike him.
Minato distanced himself, positioning below him and crossing his arms. He emitted an intense glow and, in the next moment, threw his arms forward: a rain of light appeared, advancing directly toward Ōnoki. The old kage tried to dodge at high speed, the explosions lighting up the sky.
"What are these lights?!" Ōnoki was completely stunned by Minato's powers.
The boy appeared at his side. "Did I already say I'm a bit out of patience today?" Minato kicked him in the stomach again, materializing at the last instant. Ōnoki screamed in pain, feeling his ribs crack from that kick.
Minato looked toward the western region, where the Six-Tails was already approaching Kushina, while she still held back the Three-Tails, keeping it from advancing toward the island.
Minato disappeared in the next moment.
"You're not getting past here, you idiot!" Kushina roared inside Kurama's head toward the Three-Tails.
'We have to hurry. Use my tails to stop the Three-Tails, but it might try to escape,' Kurama spoke inside Kushina's mind, while the girl looked at the other bijū coming toward them.
It was then that Minato appeared, landing on Kurama's head. "Do you need help here, my lady?" Minato asked with a smile, while Kushina laughed upon seeing him.
"If you want to help me, my lord, I would love it," she replied with a teasing smile.
"You know there will be a price later. So prepare to be charged," Minato said, winking.
"Of course, I'll smother you in kisses. How about that?" she answered, laughing.
'Can you two stop flirting with each other?' Kurama growled, finding that whole conversation sickening. Minato and Kushina could both hear him — Kushina because she was linked to him and Minato because of his enhanced perception ability.
In the next moment, the two began laughing together. "Hahahahaha!"
'You should be paying attention to the Six-Tails coming!' Kurama growled again.
Minato looked at the bijū while flexing his legs. He glowed and advanced.
The Six-Tails raised its hands and threw forward a layer of acid made of gray slime that began advancing across the ground. It intended to fill the space beneath Kurama with acid.
But before the attack could come close, Minato was already in front of it.
The Six-Tails' body was not merely physical, so it would be difficult to injure it by normal means. But Minato had enough skill. His hand began to darken as he activated his armament haki, turning his fist black before advancing and punching directly into the Six-Tails' face. The impact was so powerful that the creature's head was slammed backward, the blow covering an area far larger than the size of his fist — nearly a diameter hundreds of times larger due to haki being able to strike in this manner.
The bijū screamed, surprising everyone. It was a scream of pain. It was hurled away, flying over the Kiri ninjas who were behind.
Minato looked satisfied and disappeared. In the next moment, he was in front of Ōnoki, who was surprised to see him there while still trying to recover from the previous kick. Minato had placed a seal on his stomach with that last strike and appeared right in front of him before the old man could stop him. He placed his hand on his shoulder and smiled. Ōnoki felt a bad premonition, and in the next instant, he disappeared, being sent somewhere far away.
"Hahaha!" Minato laughed as battle explosions echoed from the four sides of the island. He continued laughing to himself, imagining the old man's face as he was sent to the middle of the sea as far away as Minato had sent the Two-Tails.
This caused his Sage Mode to begin fading. He had already distributed a large amount of energy to the 50 clones from before, and when teleporting Ōnoki far away, he ended up relying on the second clone that had been gathering energy in a safe location. Thus, Minato returned to Sage Mode.
In the north, Mikoto was being pressured by the Raikage, who was enraged after being injured, but she still held firm, releasing the full skeletal Susanoo, except for the legs.
In the east, the Uzumaki clashed with the Stone ninjas, while the Five-Tails was already recovering, but the Four-Tails was causing problems, launching Lava Release jutsu. No tailed beast bombs were sent again, since Minato had made it very clear they would no longer work.
Meanwhile, Tsuna was facing the bijū alone, using Sage Mode. Hanabi continued reducing the number of enemies together with several archers. Many shinobi were already falling in that region, as well as in the north and south.
In the south, Minato's clone was making a big difference in the battle. Even being just clones, they were far stronger than the ordinary Suna ninjas, especially when all of them used Sage Mode, even using only taijutsu. They had Minato's speed and overwhelming strength with natural chakra, and even without haki, could easily react against enemies.
On the west side, the Kiri shinobi were in a bad situation, cautious of Kurama, who was still pushing back the Three-Tails while the Six-Tails was recovering, appearing injured.
Minato decided to help all fronts. He created three clones before they teleported to the north, west, and south.
Three massive explosions happened in the three corners of the island the next moment, when the three giant toads from Mount Myōboku appeared.
Minato went to the center of the island and struck the ground with his original body, causing two small explosions, while Fukasaku and Shima appeared.
"Minato boy, you finally called," Fukasaku murmured.
"Yes, I'll need your help," Minato said humbly. The chief toad already knew they had spoken about asking for aid from Mount Myōboku if they needed to protect Uzushio.
The summons consumed a bit of Sage Mode chakra, but there was still some left. Minato had already eliminated half of the entire enemy force with traps, and had already sent away a perfect jinchūriki and a kage, but there was still much to be done.
He looked toward all areas, while the giant toads began fighting against the ninjas, and the two elder toads in front of Minato climbed onto his shoulders to help him, just as they did with Jiraiya in Sage Mode.
Shukaku appeared at that moment, and Gamabunta began battling him.
Minato's eyes now shifted to the west, where it was the only place he had not summoned toads. He disappeared, reappearing to help Kushina and the Uzumaki, reducing the strength of Kirigakure.
When he arrived, he was surprised to see the Six-Tails coming toward them again, while in Kurama's mouth, Kushina raised both hands, trying to focus the bijū's energy to create a bijūdama herself.
