The beast coiled the springs tightly ready to launch both itself and Rex far away from everyone. Suddenly the beast decided to coil that tightly.
When it launched itself toward Rex and it could not understand why Rex was able to catch him. The act of catching the beast sent a shockwave around everyone, forcing them to step back.
Rex held tightly unto the beast, ensuring that it could not leave his grasp. Rex to rip the legs off but the machine part of the legs of too intertwined to be ripped off.
As the duo found themselves in both a humiliating spot. Rex not being able to rip the legs off the beast. The beast being caught in Rex's arms.
Neither one truly wanted to endure this for long but the beast knew that Rex could not let go without being either stupid or able to come up with another plan.
As for Rex, he knew that letting go would cause him to lose a massive advantage in this fight. He also had no idea currently how to take control of the beast to get damage unto it.
When Rex had originally tried to rip of the legs of the beast. He poured every ounce of strength into actually trying to do it.
Everyone could tell the straining on Rex was not for show. No one could understand why he did not rip off the legs.
Rex let the beast out of his control. This shocked both the people and the beast. Nothing could understand why this happened.
Rex not worrying about what others thought about the release began to think of why the beast was so hard to manage within his grasp.
At first he thought that maybe it was the poison. He had recovered from it but he also felt that the poison had not affected his true strength. He then thought that the beast had a super strong metal that could not be affected by the ripping.
He quickly denied that because of how the springs actually look. They looked durable but one good solid punch and he should be able to break them.
He decided to put that test unto the table. The beast could not help but feeling like a test dummy in front of Rex. The beast waited for Rex to make the move this time.
Rex moved and instantly appeared beside the beast. When he connected a kick to the leg, the muscle coiled around the machinery protecting it.
The beast was slightly bruised but nothing it could not handle. It also wondered why Rex went for leg and not his spine.
Everyone could tell that if Rex wanted the match to end. He would have ended it instantly. Instead, he kicked a leg and that made them wonder why.
"Your muscles not only protect the machinery part but both launch you faster than any nor.al beast.
So for me, I have to either go straight for your head or spine or find another weakness of yours. From what I can see, that would be your underbelly." Rex spoke in a calculating tone.
The Shadow People felt that Rex was too smart for his own good. Once they instantly knew that Rex had already found the weakness that they knew with just two moves.
They had to give the head and spine a major upgrade on the other Charged Beast. The people now understood why Rex kicked the leg.
He had to figure out why he could not rip it off. Under normal circumstances, Rex's strength would have ripped them off. In this case, the power of the knowledge was better than strength.
Rex had to figure out at least three weaknesses for the beasts. He figured out one of them but he had to see what would happen if he grabbed the tail or smashed the tail.
This was not just for knowledge but the way to cause the other beast to either evolve which would be bad for him but he could always use the same tactics or the Shadow People will equip it will armor and this would allow Rex freedom to actually cook the beast from the inside out.
It all started with using this beast as a test sample.
