Chapter 25 - Chapter 25 Love Conquers

The second man in white glared at Chisaki, his finger hovering over the trigger of his gun. He didn't want to shoot Chisaki, no... he wanted to shoot Dabi. But Chisaki stood protectively in front of Dabi, his love for him evident in his actions.

Chisaki: "I... Won't let you hurt him."

His voice trembled slightly as he spoke, his small frame shaking with fear.

Dabi's eyes widened, a sudden smile playing across his lips as he pulled Chisaki behind him protectively.

Dabi: "I'm not letting you have him."

He growled, swiftly grabbing a handful of rocks. He threw them at the second man in white, who was armed with the Aka 47. The rocks were meant to distract him. Dabi then quickly lunged forward, trying to wrestle the gun away from the man.

(In his mind).

"Chisaki, you're amazing."

He thought to himself, feeling each hit from the second man in white as they wrestled for the gun. He was glad they had met, grateful for the love and protection Chisaki provided. The thought of losing him fueled his determination to win the fight.

(Out of his mind).

Chisaki: "Dabi, you can win this! I believe in you!"

He said, his face turning a bright shade of red as he watched the intense struggle. His words filled Dabi with renewed strength and hope. With a fierce grunt, Dabi managed to twist the gun out of the enemy's grasp.

Second Man White: "I don't believe this... but I guess you pass."

The second man in white said, getting up slowly. He couldn't believe that Dabi had managed to overpower him and take the gun. It was a rare occurrence for someone to best him in combat.

Second Man White: "Impressive."

He added grudgingly.

Dabi: "Well, you could say love fueled me to win,"

He muttered softly, his face turning a deep shade of red as Chisaki hugged him gently from behind.

(In his mind).

"The thought of Chisaki makes my heart pound. I really love him so much it hurts. I would do anything for him, even go to hell and back."

He thought to himself as he turned around to hug Chisaki happily, burying his face in his neck and holding him tightly.

(Out of his mind).

The second man in white raised an eyebrow, understanding the implication behind Dabi's words. Love had indeed driven him to victory.

Shigaraki rose to his feet, a pang of jealousy twisting his heart as he witnessed the affectionate scene between Dabi and Chisaki. He quickly concealed his emotions, not wanting to interfere with their relationship. Shigaraki harbored secret feelings for Chisaki but refused to ruin the happiness Dabi found with him.

Second Man White: "That's enough for today."

The second man in white said, his back turned to Dabi and Shigaraki.

Second Man White: "Remember, come back solo tomorrow. No Chisaki."

He added before walking away, leaving the two boys in silence. He wanted to test their skills without the distraction or protection Chisaki provided.

Chisaki: "You did really well, Dabi."

He said, a warm smile spreading across his face as he looked up at Dabi. He was genuinely proud of how well Dabi had performed during the training session. His heart swelled with love and admiration for his boyfriend.

Shigaraki: "So, since training's over, wanna hang out?"

He asked nonchalantly, looking at both Dabi and Chisaki. He hoped one of them would invite him to join, hiding his jealous thoughts deep down. He wanted to spend more time with Chisaki, even if it meant being the third wheel.

Dabi: "What should we do exactly?"

He asked Shigaraki, his cheeks flushing slightly as he held Chisaki's hand tightly. The simple act of holding Chisaki's hand made him feel flustered and giddy with happiness.

(In his mind).

"I don't know why holding Chisaki's hand makes me so flustered... Maybe it's because I love him so much."

(Out of his mind).

He thought to himself, stealing glances at Chisaki who was blushing adorably beside him. Seeing his boyfriend blush made his heart race even faster.

Shigaraki: "How about we go watch a movie together?"

He suggested, his eyes flicking between Dabi and Chisaki. He wanted to spend time with them both, hoping that the movie theater would provide a good opportunity to be close to Chisaki without making it obvious that he had feelings for him.

Dabi: "A movie sounds great."

He agreed, starting to walk with Chisaki. Shigaraki fell into step beside them, deliberately positioning himself closer to Chisaki. He wanted to be near him, even if it meant just walking side by side.

The walk took around an hour before they reached Chisaki's house. However, Dabi suggested an alternative route.

Dabi: "Let's take a shortcut to the city."

He said, his eyes crinkling at the corners as he smiled. Shigaraki nodded, unconsciously watching Chisaki's reaction to Dabi's suggestion.

Chisaki: "Sure."

He responded, though he had no idea there was a shortcut to the city from his house. He trusted Dabi's knowledge of the area and fell into step beside him as they began their walk.

Shigaraki followed closely behind, his eyes scanning their surroundings curiously in case they're being followed since the man in white says keep an eye out.

Chisaki looked up at the sky, his eyes finding the first star of the evening. A soft smile spread across his face as he admired it. Dabi noticed Chisaki's expression and smiled back at him tenderly.

Shigaraki: "You know, the first star is supposed to grant your wish if you make one."

He said softly, watching Chisaki's reaction closely. He had heard this superstition before and wondered if Chisaki would make a wish. He unconsciously hoped that Chisaki's wish would somehow involve him or Dabi.

Dabi: "I've heard of that too."

He echoed with a gentle smile.

Dabi: "Go ahead, Chisaki. Make a wish on the first star."

His voice was soft and encouraging, hoping that whatever Chisaki wished for would bring him happiness—or perhaps involve them in some way.

Chisaki: "I never thought about wishing on the star before."

He admitted with a shy smile.

Chisaki: "But I guess I'll wish that I keep hanging out with both of you."

His words were simple yet filled with genuine affection for Dabi and Shigaraki.

Chisaki's wish made both Dabi and Shigaraki smile widely.

Dabi: "I love that you wished for us!"

He said it with a smile.

Shigaraki felt a warmth in his chest knowing that Chisaki wanted to keep spending time with both of them.

Chisaki's cheeks flushed slightly as he saw the warm smile on Dabi's face. Dabi noticed the blush and felt his own heart skip a beat, mirroring Chisaki's reaction with a soft blush of his own.

Dabi: "..."

(In his mind).

"I need to calm myself down."

He thought, his heart fluttering.

"Chisaki is just too adorable; I can't help but blush around him."

He took a deep breath, trying to compose himself and hide the effect Chisaki had on him.

(Out of his mind).

Chisaki: "Instead of watching the movies, can we look up at the stars instead?"

He asked hopefully, his eyes meeting Dabi's and then Shigaraki's. He enjoyed the idea of spending the evening under the open sky, surrounded by the beauty of the stars, with his two favorite people.

Dabi: "That sounds nice."

He replied with a warm smile, already imagining the three of them lying down together, staring up at the starry sky.

Shigaraki nodded in agreement beside him.

Shigaraki: "I like that idea too."

He added softly.

Chisaki beamed happily at their responses.

This will continue in the next chapter.
